Our 2-story oceanfront townhome is your home away from home, just steps from the water’s edge with unobstructed views of the brilliant blue sea. The condo is fully equipped for your comfort, featuring a kitchen with all the tools you need to enjoy meals at your convenience.

Each unit at MDR is individually owned and uniquely furnished, but we believe our townhome stands out as the best in the resort. We treat it as our second home, spending 3-4 months here each year—not just as a rental property. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to ensure a comfortable, enjoyable stay and to make sure you’ll want to return and recommend it to others.

Our home is perfectly located, close to the pool but offering privacy, and includes secure parking. A friendly, on-site manager is available daily to assist with anything you need, whether it’s arranging local activities like fishing or diving, helping with grocery shopping, or providing general information.

The home has been completely renovated with top-of-the-line upgrades for your ultimate relaxation: high-speed Wi-Fi, IPTV with US channels, movie channels like HBO and Showtime, international channels (including Canadian), air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a new Samsung French door refrigerator/freezer (Feb 2022). The kitchen also features an induction cooktop (Feb 2024), microwave, Cuisinart convection toaster oven, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and high-quality cookware and silverware. The open-plan living area includes a king-size orthopedic sofa bed and a dining table for 4. All doors, windows, and sliders are new and fitted with screens—essential for the island’s environment.

The master suite is one of the largest in the resort, featuring a brand-new Serta King-size bed (Feb 2022) for a restful night’s sleep, a sitting area with a sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom. It also has a spacious walk-in closet with a safe for your valuables and a dedicated space for a small laptop/tablet. The suite opens onto a beautiful terrace with breathtaking ocean views, perfect for enjoying cocktails or dinner while watching the sunset.

On-site, you’ll find a tranquil pool surrounded by lush Bougainvillea and palm trees, offering the ideal spot for sunbathing, reading, or enjoying a cocktail in a peaceful, oceanfront setting.
