Our home is conveniently located at the North Shore in Kings Beach, in a quiet forest setting. Only five minutes from some of the best sandy beaches at Lake Tahoe and a drive over the summit gets you to Northstar Ski Resort and borders the North Tahoe Regional Park with wonderful walking trails and public tennis courts and fields.
Our cabin is a reverse floor plan home with the main living area upstairs as well as the master bedroom (CA King Size bed) is upstairs. As you go up the stairs you will be greeted with a generous open layout. The cozy living room with high ceilings, a gas stove to keep you warm, set with a very comfy leather couch and 2 leather recliners, allows you to just relax or watch TV with the family.

Adding to this cozy atmosphere you will find the dining room with a sliding door leading to one of the decks set with a table and chairs to enjoy meals during the warmer time.

The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including a large gas range, coffee machine, blender, microwave, oven, with a full assortment of cookware and serving dishes and the utensils necessary for you to feel at home. It has a modern stainless steel French door model refrigerator.

In the top level you will also find a bathroom and the washer and dryer.
The spacious master bedroom with an on-suite is equipped with warm linens and we also provide towels, and toiletry (shampoo/conditioner soap, toilet paper).

In the lower level we have the other two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sitting area with a TV and access to another deck and the playground.

Master Bedroom is upstairs and has a King sized bed - en-suite bathroom
Guest Bedroom 1 is downstairs and has a Queen sized bed.
Guest Bedroom 2 is downstairs and has two twin sized beds.

Bath 1 - Half - Upper Level - with washer and dryer
Bath 2 - Full, Master bedroom - Upper Level
Bath 3 - Full - Lower Level

Available in the property: TV, Wireless Internet (for Streaming Apps on the smart TVs)

For your convenience we offer a Starter Kit of Essentials ( soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dish washer detergent). Please make sure to bring extra if you think you will use more.
We have Hair Dryer, Hangers, towels and sheets.
There is 1 parking in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Garage door openers available.
There is a Bocce ball area available for guest use.
DO NOT park on the roadside due to snow plowing in the winter. They will tow cars at your expense.

Please note that in winter weather & storm conditions such services as Internet and cable may be spotty and/or nonfunctional. Those are beyond our control and we do not provide refunds or credits in the event that services are out due to inclement weather conditions, which is the norm.

POLICIES --

- Smoking is not permitted on or around property
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings. There will be an additional
fine if the maximum occupancy is exceeded
- Must be at least 27 years old to book
- Please, please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the carpeted
areas of the house. This helps to keep things warm, dry, and
clean for all to enjoy.

The cabin is walking distance to North Lake Tahoe Blvd. (.2 miles away) to the fabulous restaurants and quaint shops of Kings Beach, Crystal Bay Casinos, and Kings Beach public beach.

For the mountain enthusiast there are several slopes nearby -
. Squaw Valley (17.6 miles - 30 min.),
. Alpine Meadows (17.8 - 32 min.),
. Northstar Ski Resort (6.9 miles - 13 min.),
. Mount Rose (16.6 - 27 min.),
. Diamond Peak ( 9 miles - 19 min.), and
. Homewood Ski Resort
Tahoe City and Incline Village are a short ten-minute drive away.

*** WINTER ARRIVALS ***
We have a driveway snowplow service. But in storms, snow can accumulate quickly on the front steps. Please be prepare to shovel snow if necessary, you will find the shovels in the garage.
