Sayulita Vacation

We had an awesome stay at Casa Sarita. Very close to the city center, and walking distance to the beach! Our host communicated well, and the place was very clean!

Remote work paradise

My husband and I stayed here and worked remotely for the week. The WiFi was great and the space was perfect for us. Super close (3 min walk) to the beach for sunset strolls, and same distance to centre of town. The beds were hard as other reviews mentioned but we liked that. The space is a bit dark but the outdoor space is fantastic, and the darkness means it’s cool at night. Definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful property just outside of the main square. Owners/managers were very responsive and the place was clean and cozy. The master bedroom bed was stiff but everything else about the property was fantastic and the bed wasn’t a big deal. We hope to go back, we loved Sayulita as well.

LOVE this place

My husband and I loved staying here. It was close to town and the beach- an easy walk to both. Plus it was quiet. Did not get the downtown noise that is sometimes a problem in Sayulita. The house was clean with plenty of amenities. We stayed here a week and halfway through someone came and cleaned the place. Very nice. Would stay here again.

Super location on a quieter street but close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere. Leave your high heels at home the streets are treacherous lol. Lots of space and a really nice patio area. I would come back.

Cute place

We stayed for two weeks and it was a cute little place. It is the lower level of the property and you can literally hear everything from upstairs so be prepared for that. We had a couple of issues and were able to communicate with the owner very easily and in a timely matter. Do not rent a car, there is no parking (our rental car got hit). We got a golf cart but if you’re ok with walking, the house is super close to everything! Beach is about a 10min walk and so is center of town so the location is great! There is only AC in the bedrooms but the whole house stayed cool with the AC on. We would definitely stay here again.

Great space with room to relax in the main family area. House was spotless clean with air conditioners that worked great. Location can’t be beat - easy walk to town center and the beach. Mattress was hard and Parking was a bit tricky because the hill is steep, but the house is at the bottom of the hill. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Get-Away

We had such a great time staying at Casa Sarita. Accurately listed/shown online. Maria was very responsive and helpful when I had any questions. Yah-Yah’s Cafe is at the end of the street, perfect for breakfast & coffee. Everything is very walkable from the property; no need for a golf cart. I would definitely stay here again. We had 2 adults; 2 college kids; and 1 high schooler.

Great spot!

The place is not to high up on the hill so the daily walk is a breeze. House is well equipped with everything you need. There's a neighborhood market that sells the basics & Yah Yah Cafe is nice neighborhood breakfast spot. Beach & town square are super close by. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at Sayulita

This property looks way nicer than on this nice pictures. We enjoyed this stay. 5 minutes walk to the beach or town center. Definitely recommend.

Nice week in Sayulita

Nice, clean, house with everything we needed for a nice stay in Sayulita. Close to the plaza, but not so close you can't fall asleep. 50 yards from cafe with good coffee and pasteries. If we bring friends next time we will encourage them to rent the upstairs portion of the house.

everything was great!

Our stay was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend this property to my friends and family. It was large, clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Maria provided a pack and play for our little guy and the blinds were even dark enough to keep the room cool and dark during his nap! It's close to the town centre but far enough away its quiet at night. Plus having Yah Yah Cafe just steps away was a real bonus. If you're looking for a spot for your family I would highly recommend this!

Great spot with lots of amenities

We loved staying here. Great location to walk to things but quieter than right in town. The beds were comfortable. beach chairs, towels and umbrella were a bonus as was the ability to store surfboards in the back and hang suits on the line. The only downside was parking our big rental truck. This is on a very steep hill and narrow street. Also, the photos show an AC unit in the living room which is not accurate- only in the bedrooms but they worked well. Would highly recommend casa Sarita

Perfect place

Great for 3-4 people. Wonderfully set up kitchen for cooking plus washer dryer set. Includes beach towels and chairs/umbrella. Short 5 min walk to beach and main plaza. Just perfect!

Quiet, cool home near Plaza

Cute property nicely upgraded with full kitchen and all amenities of home. Wonderful front porch. Coffee Shop very close by. Short walk to Plaza. Roads are cobblestone and not easy walk for my elderly husband who uses cane. No worries though, cabs are plentiful and cheap to get around town.

Wonderful property, great location, traffic an issue

I cannot say enough about this beautiful, comfortable house, and it's incredibly helpful owners. It was the perfect size for myself, my fiance, and my sister for Thanksgiving 2018. We really appreciated all of the extras: beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas that saved us the hassle and expense of renting them from the locals, particularly as the holiday weekend meant a lot of beach crowding, and we ended up at San Francisco beach a few times just to have some peace and quiet. I will also say that all the complaints about the neighbors' rooster are spot on, as well as the on-going street noise. If you are looking for a quiet spot above the bustle of the town, you will not find it here. One other constraint, at least for the next few months, is the amount of construction traffic on Calle Ninos Heroes. Because it is a narrow, single lane road and large, heavy trucks were heading up and down, there were numerous times that we ended up trapped in on Calle Bugambilias or in the square while we waited while trucks and cars got throttled waiting to pass each other. The day we left there were government workers there painting yellow curbs that should discourage parking on the shoulder (there are relatively few sidewalks) so that more traffic can pass through, so perhaps this will not apply to future renters. Finally, if you decide to rent a car, be sure to get a small one. We saw a number of Americans in Suburbans that could barely navigate the Sayulita streets.

Excellent!

Casa Sarita was even better than advertised. Just a short stroll to the beach and to downtown, it was beautiful, clean, and convenient. It was a perfect rental for our 5-day vacation in Sayulita. We are a family of four with two teenage boys, and it was just the right size. The beach gear was great to have and the front porch was lovely. Maria and Jorge were great to work with too. I highly recommend this rental!
