Three additional bedrooms are located downstairs, and every room includes a flat-screen TV for your convenience.

The spectacular Theater/Arcade Room is a highlight, featuring a HUGE screen for movies or TV shows, a classic arcade machine with 3,000 games from Pac-Man to Frogger, and both Xbox and Wii systems with over 100 games each. The room also includes a dart board, board games, and a full-size SkeeBall machine. When you're not in the game room, enjoy one of the 10 large-screen TVs with cable and Roku, or take advantage of the complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home.

The double-deck lanai and patio provide plenty of seating for sunbathing, grilling, or watching the kids play.
