This is a fully remodeled and decorated cape style cottage home boasting a beautiful kitchen with granite, hardwood floors throughout the entire home, and a large deck with gas grill overlooking the pond. Completey renovated in 2013, the home is NOT a "rustic/vintage/quaint" cottage begging for an update. Located less than 200 yards from Bristol Beach(Menauhant), this house boasts incredible views from practically every room in the house!
There is a queen bedroom and 3/4 bath on the first floor and 2 large bedrooms with a full bath on the second floor. The second floor bedrooms include a queen bed and a bedroom
with two twin and a trundle bed (sleeping 4).
The perfect spot for your perfect cape cod vacation.
(We have a strict no pet policy. There are no exceptions. Thank you.)

Fantastic location for a beach vacation

Our family of six adults had a great time here. The beach is so close, we could walk back and forth to house with ease. We rented kayaks and loved kayaking on Little Pond. The house had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. The ocean breezes are fabulous and the deck is so pleasant. Easy to get around town from house even in busy July. We truly had a memorable vacation at this wonderful spot.

Perfect Location

Even though we timed it just right for an incoming Nor’easter, we enjoyed this house very much. The location was excellent- next to the water, and also adjacent to the Falmouth Marathon route! Ken, was very responsive to any questions/comments which we really appreciated. My only complaint is that our stay was too short!! We would definitely book here again. -Christine S.

Beautifully remodeled

This house has been beautifully updated and has a lot more room than it appears on the outside. The location was great. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. It’s on a one way street so don’t come home after a full bottle of wine and think you’re going to find the house on the first try. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Just sayin’! Would definitely stay there again! Owners always responded immediately!

Last week of the summer season

Perfect in every way, location, view, decor, and every thing one needs to live well, relax, and enjoy the last days of summer. The view from the deck is fabulous day and night and the beach is just across the street. Two great restaurants on the water are within walking distance and another landmark restaurant, The Black Dog Cafe is also walkable. The center of town is nearby and there are many places nearby to explore and enjoy.

Awesome cottage

I don't think we could have found a better place to stay in Falmouth. Location was perfect and the house was clean, modern and well supplied. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

A+ Perfection!

Ken and Suzanne's house is not only in a perfect location but is also perfectly renovated and...the views!!! Short walk across the street to the beach, easy access to the ferry if you want to head to the islands and the deck on the pond is so peaceful and serene. What a perfect weekend getaway for 5 friends celebrating a 50th birthday. All adults and we had more than enough space for all to be comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us! A little slice of heaven!

Great House Perfect Location

This property is a ten, my family and I had a great week, the location, views, cleanliness and amenities were all perfect. The only thing I would add is an enclosure on the outdoor shower but otherwise I couldn't think of a better property. Already planning my stay for next year!

Relaxing retreat

Perfect location and accommodations!

My sisters and I rented this house for memorial day weekend. When we got there we were very impressed with the house and the location. They were much better than we could’ve ever expected. The home was extremely well kept and very clean. It was right on the water with gorgeous views. We couldn’t of asked for a nicer place or better weather for the entire weekend. We would definitely rent this home again. The owner was extremely helpful with any questions we had and accommodated us when we needed a later check out.

Thank you for your great review. We’re very happy you enjoyed our home and hope you’ll come visit again. We can usually accommodate check in/out requests out of season. It is very difficult for changes during “in season” Saturday turn overs.

Top-notch accommodation and location

The house was spacious, updated and very comfortable. It had everything you need from all appliances to a big lobster pot! I liked the high quality details such as the knobs and shower faucets. The deck was wonderful as well. My family and I enjoyed breakfast there watching swans! Ken was responsive and helpful. Don’t forget your linens, however:). I’ve already recommended this place to my relatives.

Wonderful property close to Bristol Beach

Beautiful updated house only a short walk to beach. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Close drive to restaurants and shops downtown. Loved it and hope to stay again next year!

Picture perfect!

Location is spectacular! Peaceful and relaxing. Pond access in the back for paddle boarding or kayaking. Beach access across the street. The house is so clean, comfortable and homey! All the rooms are very spacious-might be hard to see in pics. Open floor plan for kitchen dining and living area. Can walk to the BBC for casual eating or The Casino for more upscale dining if you dont feel like cooking. We stayed 2 weeks when our son got married in the area. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Ken the owner is so helpful. Thank you for sharing! ❤️❤️

Peaceful!!

This house was perfect! An absolute score on location. The house was so clean and up to date and had everything we needed. Ken was great at answering any questions we had. Don't forget linens! I'm glad he mentioned that to me prior to packing. The location is great! You have the pond behind the house and the beach across the street. A mile away is Walmart, supermarkets, liquor store, etc. then to realize Within a short walk is a ferry to the vineyard, anything you need is within a mile or two. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm we only heard birds. We will certainly be back next year! To come outside on the deck and be visited by rabbits was peaceful and relaxing with the morning sunrise. We felt refreshed and ready for summer! Our Grandmother enjoyed the whole weekend and quality time of relaxing with family.

Great house for families or groups of friends.

We came in for a wedding for a former college classmate. House was exactly as advertised: clean, picturesque and right near the water. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone coming into the cape for vacation, weddings or any reason at all.

Perfect beach house

The décor and facilities were faultless, the perfect beach house. The view and sounds from the pond and the close proximity and view of the beach made this a very relaxing and memorable holiday for our family. My daughters, aged 11 and 13, were delighted to have the use of the body-boards and scooter and they loved the fact that they could safely and easily go to the beach as often as they wanted throughout the day and up to sunset. Quaint, updated, perfect location

We loved this house. It was just the right size, on smaller side. Caution the stairs to upstairs bedrooms are a bit steep - something to watch if you have older renters. 1 bedroom on main floor, 2 upstairs. Location on the inlet was perfect - best of both worlds with ocean across the street. Everything was updated and clean. The deck was great for grilling and hanging out into the evening. Ken was easy to work with and responsive. Really a great place to stay - we would stay there again next time without a hesitation!

Great property and location!

Beautifully renovated home on a pretty pond with the beach in walking distance. We stayed with my brother and sister in law and my three children. We all loved it! Town f Falmouth very nice. Only suggestion would be maybe a tv upstairs:)

Beautiful home with incredible views!

We are so happy we decided to rent Kens home for our wedding week. The house was absolutely beautiful! Exactly as pictured and bigger inside then it looks! The views are amazing of the pond and the ocean. We can't wait to go back in the warmer weather! Thank you so much!

Fabulous, beautifully renovated home within walking distance of beach!

We chose this house based on researching available rentals in Falmouth, MA. The pictures are what drew us in and the reality was that this house was even better than the pictures showed! The bedrooms were beautiful, the furniture was comfy & of great quality! The bathrooms were bright & had all updated amenities. The location was great, right out the back door was a big pond with amazing wildlife to watch and the beach was a short 2 minute walk. Downtown Falmouth was a short drive away for shopping & dining. We rented bikes in town & enjoyed the bike path to Woods Hole. Would definitely recommend this rental to everyone!!

We purchased this home because of its fantastic location. We have a smaller family and the size is right for us and some guests. It's near the beach on a private one-way road, far enough off the busy beach road. We can overlook the pond, see Martha's Vineyard in the distance and enjoy the wildlife right off the deck. Due to the lot layout, from the back deck the closest neighbor's home you can see is across the pond so it is private and peaceful. Every room has a water view.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We've spent a lot time vacationing in Falmouth and think it is a perfect location. You will have easy access straight south from the Bourne Bridge, versus fighting traffic to get down cape. Main Street is always active with many restaurants and shops. There is almost always some festival or lawn event in the park. People are very active.... running, walking or biking. The Shining Sea Bikeway is a favorite, across town to Woods Hole or to Old Silver Beach. If you want to spend a day on the Vineyard, the Island Queen ferry is less than a mile from the front door... you can take bikes or rent them on the island and easily make a day of it.

Great spot, great town, great place to make memories.
