NO elevators: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 2nd floor.

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

Check in is 3:30PM — Check out is 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Room is GOOD , but pre-check of equipment is not good

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impression when I opened the door was very good. It was clean and wide enough for single traveler.But I encountered the trouble about the shower. No matter how hard I tried to turn the water lever, it wouldn't move to the right, left, up, down, or forward, and no water would come out of the shower. So I contacted the support by TEXT as it is mentioned in the check-in manual. But I couldn't get any response from the person in charge. I thought, this SMS doesn't work when I am travelling overseas. So I tried to contact by Email with old address. Then I could get response and they arranged to dispatch the handy worker. After that, I could take shower after 3days of check-in. Further, I found something about the vent. There are full kitchen in this room. But there is no ventilator near the kitchen area. So if you baked some meat and room was smokey, alert was ring. If there are full kitchen, the vent system is mandatory.Room is very good, but I think the management company has to check all utilities prior to check-in.

We had an amazing time in Waikiki and Oahu. The location and included parking made this a great place to stay!The place could use a refresh - it's dated. For example, the lower drawer on the dresser does not work and the bathroom door wouldn't stay latched. We contacted 0someone the next day and they had someone out that same day to replace the door knob and to fix the dresser - response time was much appreciated! (the bathroom door was fixed, but the bottom dresser drawer still did not work (he replaced a broken piece of wood at the back of the dresser, but it still would not seat properly. That aside, it was clean and had all the things we needed - beach chairs, a insulated tote, towels, kitchen tools, etc.

The location is amazing and access to parking was a great perk. The apartment was basic but that was all I needed. I had an issue with the shower and it took a while yo hear back from the property manager. It ended up being fixed, but I didn’t like having to think about it during my vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great stay. Apartment was small but had everything we needed! Also beach gear was great to have. We had issue with the A/C but we received assistance quickly, in any case A/C still kept leaking also after maintenance came, so I would recommend to check it. Toaster needs to be changed as it makes a lot of smoke and activates fire alarm. Overall a good stay!

Loved staying here, we could walk to the beach so easily and lots of food options including n really cheap and good tasting food trucks right outside. Easy check in instructions and cleanup instructions.

Penny wise & pound foolish - Stay 2 of 2

Our return to the property on our way back to Australia found that the sink taps had been replaced and the leak fixed. The "amenities" were appalling in quantity per our previous stay - we ended up purchasing our own on the 1st stay and used it for our second stay too.This property would work for a couple staying a night or 2. I would not stay here again as the owner / manager does not provide sufficient basics - soap, shampoo, etc. for a family of 4 to last more than a night, though is happy to charge the exorbitant prices for a few nights stay in Waikiki.

Penny wise & pound foolish - Stay 1 of 2

We stayed at this property twice and this review is for the 1st stay from 29 Dec to 2nd Jan. The "dongle" for the gate to park is found in the lock box attached to the gate. The apartment was absolutely clean and we could smell the pine o clean. We moved the coffee table toward the kitchen to open up the sofa bed for the kids to sleep on. All linen and towels were provided. I tried to reach the property staff regarding hot water in the shower and since it was a Sunday, no one was available. The tap opens in 1 direction only and the further you move it counter-clockwise, the warmer it gets (which is confusing to the average person that would move a tap in 1 direction for cold water and the opposite direction for hot water)Now to the "penny wise & pound foolish" title. On the day of leaving Australia we received the email about toiletries etc. and to our shock found that there was literally 1 finger length tubes of body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, along with a tiny bar of hand soap. Given we were staying for 4 nights and had spent almost US1800 on the stay, I would say this is completely unacceptable for a family of 4. A bar of soap at the groceries cost little over US1. How cheap is the owner?Additionally, there were minor water leaks from the sink taps (that were repaired by the time we returned for our 2nd stay) though the level of "amenities" for a family of 4 were the same.I will not stay here again.

There is an extremely erotic picture of a cartoonish Hawaiian hunk with only a lei covering his member directly next to the bed. This was beyond hilarious and made my entire stay. Was very tempted to just take it and eat the fine.

We received an e-mail and text message with the information a couple days ahead of check in. The condo had everything that was needed for our stay. The beach is about two blocks away. The street the condo is on has many food trucks, the street behind the condo has moped rentals, and there are two abc stores with one block either way of the condo. The Honolulu Zoo is one block over from the condo as well.

Big City Noise

Advantage of free parking. Waikiki is a big city. Probably quieter in downtown Honolulu. The property is what it is, a studio. The kitchen is adequate. BBQ grill operated well. Had a little trouble with the washer not operating completely. If you are claustrophobic this doesn't work. Contruction going the entire time.
