This light filled refurbished property is located right in the heart of Victor Harbor. Fresh and modern decor makes for a relaxing and refreshing holiday.

Large open plan living dining and kitchen with a dishwasher opens to the large undercover outdoor entertaining area. The fully fenced rear yard has a huge lawn area perfect for children to play or just lounging in the sun. Perfectly located to enjoy the many offerings of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Properties comes with on open plan living and dining area with amazing polished floors. Flat screen TV and various games.

Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings.

Features include:

* Smart TV : hotspot your mobile phone to access your Netflix or Stan account
* Kitchen with plenty of bench space and a dishwasher : Some basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper, jams, honey, coffee & tea, oil & vinegar etc are supplied
* 4 bedrooms - master with a queen size bed and 3 other rooms with a double each
* Three way bathroom with a shower room, vanity and separate w/c : some basic bathroom supplies such as hand wash and body wash are available
* Hair dryer
* Ducted air conditioning to all rooms
* Laundry with washing machine
* Covered rear outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture
* Off street parking with a carport
* Fully fenced rear yard with a large lawn area
* Strictly no pets

This is a fully self contained holiday rental property. You are required to bring all linen including quilt covers or sheets and pillow cases for your stay. If you wish to hire linen please call our office. We do not offer a bed making facility, you will need to make the beds upon arrival.

Easy, convenient and a perfect house layout for a group use.

Group of 4 girls had a great time in the house, loved the outside space as well as the large living area. Would rent this house again in the future.

This place was perfect for what we wanted. It was very clean and close to everything we wanted

This was an enjoyable experience very smooth transaction with no hassles. Only thing I will add was there was no mop and bucket or tea towels so we had to buy some tea towels.

Not bad tbh, nice weekend away

I went away with some friends, the property was nice and simple. We loved playing Buzz on the PS2, and relaxing in the house. Although the water had trouble flushing in the toilet sometimes, and the water pressure was a bit weak in the shower, but other than that it was a good time!

Great place to unwind.

Great location. Great property. Plenty of room for a family. Big back yard with a great deck area. Had everything we needed. Communication with the agent was easy. Shower pressure is not super powerful but very adequate. Easy to use washing machine. Air con not great in 40 degrees but to be expected. Maybe a couple of fans would have been handy. Awesome holiday!

Nice, quiet place to stay

Overall a good experience. When we arrived there was a bit of rubbish in the bin in the kitchen already but apart from that it was nice and clean. The body wash provided was pretty much empty when we arrived too, but of course that’s not a huge problem. Very good amount of space in bedrooms and through the house. Lots of storage in bedrooms which we love. Water pressure of the shower wasn’t amazing but it was okay for the couple of days we stayed. I think a more detailed list of things that we’re supplied would have helped as we brought a lot of stuff that was provided that we weren’t told were provided (coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, salt pepper etc) this stuff can be safely assumed it is provided but since it wasn’t written anywhere we didn’t want to be left short. Again not a huge problem but would have been helpful to know beforehand. Was Netflix on the TV but no internet passwords so we couldn’t use it unfortunately. We only realised the coffee table opened up on the last night, so if we had known there were games in there we would have used them from the first night, but that’s not a big issue of course. Definitely a nice stay in a nice quiet area not far from shops, cafes pubs, grocery store etc. Would reccommend to others for sure! Thank you for the lovely trip away.

Good Location and Neat & Clean

Within 2 minutes drive of Victor Town Centre. The property is immaculately maintained, and spacious. Pity there is no WiFi. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and will come back again.

The TV didn’t work the first day and the owner was very accommodating and organised a new one. Our only one complaint was the BBQ not being clean. We mentioned to Real estate and they said people generally clean it when they use it or else it will rust. This is the first time we have heard this, we bought mats to use as we weren’t comfortable using the grill and plate. But overall a great stay.

Lovely area to stay in its quiet but not far from anything. Old bathroom but clean and tidy.

Very nice, the house has lots of room and great beds. I left a note about the laundry door handle needs some maintenance. We also found food in the freezer which was left there by the last people and dishes in the dishwasher, which we didn’t use but did empty. Very nice spot to stay at.

Relaxed convenience

Great place, clean and comfortable. In a good location, though the hillls make walking to shops a challenge. Bathroom a bit small and could do with upgrading.
