This gorgeous unit features 1 bedroom offering a king-sized bed and 1 bathroom mo, with an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience; stainless steel kitchen appliances, and Keurig coffee maker. Guests will have access to pool noodles, beach chairs (4), boogie boards (2), and a beach umbrella (1).

Imagine having breakfast, sipping morning coffee while enjoying breath taking water views. Catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the Marco Bay and delight in the boats sailing by.

This coastal paradise is the perfect couple's getaway or tranquil retreat for one. Located within walking distance of The Snook Inn where guests can enjoy some of the best seafood on Marco Island. The Riverside community is also within walking distance to the Shops of Olde Marco, home of The Smith House Restaurant, Lee Bee Fish and The Collection Shops.

The Bike Shop is located just outside of the Riverside complex offering golf cart rentals, bike rentals, and much more.

This gated community features an onsite Marina, where guests can dock a rental boat (additional cost - rentable through the HOA office) or catch fresh fish for dinner. For the adventurer, Scuba Marco is located just outside of the Riverside complex, offering gear, lessons and much more.

The community offers a variety of amenities to guests, including 2 Olympic size swimming pools, two spa hot tubs, gas BBQ grills, 3 tennis courts, a walking path, and Community Room.

This property is a self - catering home. Groceries, toiletries, laundry and paper products are not provided. Housekeeping will provide starter supplies, including paper products and bath soaps for newly arriving guests.

Guests must register with the HOA within 24 hours of checking in to the property. HOA rules advise non-registered guest vehicles will be towed at renters' expense.

Weā€™ve stayed at this property twice, the location is nice for an off-beach property with some restaurants nearby. The views from the lanai are great, and you can watch sunrise down the hallway. The condo is spacious and nicely furnished. We had one issue where the beach lounge chairs were not in the property, the manager had some lawn chairs shipped the next day. We appreciate the prompt response, but replacement chairs were not beach loungers, just chairs-in-a-bag that we had no interest lounging in, so we did have to rent chairs at the Marriott (24/day for 2 ppl). You could say thatā€™s a personal preference, but looking around at the beach there wasnā€™t a single chair like this in sight so I think majority of people donā€™t sit in these chairs at the beach. As a fellow VRBO property owner, my only complaint about this property is that they donā€™t provide basic cleaning supplies (e.g. dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.). As a vacationer, I donā€™t want to spend money on basic necessities for a week long stay. I think this is something the property owner should provide, and frankly would want to provide so that guests can keep their property clean. The listing indicated ā€œsoapā€ was provided, but they clarified this was only 1 bar of soap to wash hands with. So, be prepared to BYO or buy these necessities. The arm chairs in the living room are showing signs of dirt/wear and would benefit from a cleaning.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Very clean, pretty and lovely condo. Sitting on the lanai watching the boats go by was so peaceful. Any of the residents we encountered were also lovely. Would love to stay again and again.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

We had a great time during our stay for the past two weeks. The condo is nicely updated and decorated and has all the essentials. We love the view and the location. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location in Old Marco, updated unit with very nice, updated finishes. Great water and pool views from screened in balcony. A short walk to Snook Inn, Boardroom Tavern and Cafe De Marco.

PROS: Beautiful location. We loved the property grounds! The fishing pier was amazing we caught a lot of fish. We watched the dolphins playing everyday from the balcony. The heated pool was truly heated perfect temperature for swimming even on the cooler days. CONS: the parking gate was broken which caused the barcode to not work so we were unable to enter the gate via car for two days. The other con was the unit was not clean and ready when we arrived. The property management did reach out to the housekeeping manager and they did come to clean the unit. However for the price paid the expectation was that it would be ready by 4 pm as indicated in the listing. I realize somethings are out of our control but it was strange to walk into a unit that was not clean, no linens on the bed, partially eaten food and used bars of soap. The management company did get the problem corrected quickly so that was very much appreciated. Overall the unit and property were very nice and we would stay here again even with the few bumps in the road we experienced. The property management company quickly corrected the issues and we were able to enjoy our stay with no further problems. Thanks for the lovely getaway!

Great location and beautiful apt. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of pool and tennis etc. Check in time at 4p with no flexibility disappointing, yet we were asked to do laundry of linens before 10am checkout. Room rate good, but fees way out of line and mandatory insurance unnecessary. Refundable deposit would be more fair especially since we followed all rules.

Disappointing

There was construction taking place during our stay. It was loud to the point that we couldnā€™t sit outside on the deck. We were locked out of the gate the first day. The key fob was not in the room but it was dropped off later that day. We did like the location, on the island and the place was clean.

Beautiful area bad timing

The condo building we were in was in the middle of a very active loud renovation. There were areas blocked off and loud construction from 8am to 5:30 everyday. My issue is they should have let us know.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

My recent stay at this VRBO Marco Island rental was absolutely fantastic! The home was clean, spacious, and filled with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable during my vacation. The location was also ideal, as it was close to many local attractions, restaurants, and shops, but still secluded enough to provide the peace and quiet I desired. The realtor was extremely helpful, providing me with clear instructions on how to check in and making sure that I had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the rental, such as extra blankets and pillows, and a well-stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils necessary to prepare a home-cooked meal. The outdoor space was also a great feature of this rental, with a nice balcony that offered sweeping views of the surrounding area. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while overlooking the breathtaking scenery. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this VRBO rental, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation rental. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the rental itself exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to come back and stay again!
