Your next vacation rental home is located on a wooded lot with a winding driveway down to your mountain home getaway. It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a 2 car garage. All living areas are located on one floor. The master bedroom offers a King sized 12" Memory Foam bed with a private bath, which includes a double sink and a large walk-in shower. The room also has a private office and sitting area for that morning cup of coffee. The master bedroom offers a 47 inch TV with Cable and a DVD player. The second bedroom is a spacious room with a queen sized bed and closet. The third bedroom offers another queen size bed and a closet. These two rooms share a full sized bathroom; which includes a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink. The house offers complementary High Speed WiFi. The living room has a 55 inch SMART TV so you can access your favorite movies with DVD player. A floor to ceiling beautiful stone gas fire place awaits you. Multiple sky lights welcome in the mountain sunshine. Adjoining the great room is a spacious sun-room with room to sit and enjoy the nature views. Off the great room there is a deck with furniture that overlook a wooded nature path to the golf fairway. Bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience. The kitchen provides most staples including a multitude of spices. There are 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, male and female golf clubs, and various fishing gear available to use during your stay.

The house was perfect for us. We stayed the weekend because we've rented the house for 3 weeks in the summer and we wanted to be sure it was suitable and had the amenities we like. Everything went extremely well, everything worked as expected, and there were plenty of supplies. A terrific stay.

The setting is beautiful! Golf course is great! Lots of wildlife all around. Plenty of whote squirrels. Great hiking, beautiful waterfalls everywhere! Quuet neighborhood. Home is very comfortable. Will be back!

Great place to stay

The home is in an incredible neighborhood with waterfall hikes and quiet streets. The house is well stocked, comfortable, and surrounded by trees. The owners are responsive. It is very close to great mountain biking.

Great location

The house was great-very clean. Great sun porch with lots of windows for light as well as many skylights throughout the house. Joe was very responsive to a few small issues. Would stay again. Love Brevard area!

Another relaxing visit to Connestee

We have stayed at Joe and Linda's Connestee Falls house a few times now and have always enjoyed it. We've always found it clean and it has everything we need and everything works well. Joe and Linda have always been quick to respond to any questions. We'll come back!

Comfortable

We we enjoyed our stay and the home is very comfortable. It was close enough to downtown Brevard and it was just a short drive. The neighborhood was beautiful and wonderful for walking. There were games and we ended up spending at some of our time just hanging out and enjoying the mountain.

Lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean and the kitchen was modern and very well equipped. The gated community offers a very peaceful environment and many opportunities to see the numerous deer roaming free. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful hikes within Connestee and of course it was very close to DuPont and Brevard. Highly recommended.

Well appointed gem in the woods.

My wife and I met up with our children and grandkids for a long weekend and were pleasantly surprise at how nice this home was decorated and how comfortable the home felt. We enjoy Connestee falls and this was our fourth trip to the area. While there we met with local real estate and we hope to be neighbors soon. This house was a great house and we would highly recommend it for the price, location and for the comfortable feel of the place. Thank you Joe and Linda for sharing your home with our family.

Great Location Inside the Connestee Falls Community

Beautiful home overlooking the second hole of the Connestee Falls golf club. Our granddaughter had a great time finding golf balls and deer after golf course closing hours. The enclosed sun room off the master bedroom was perfect for early morning breakfast and reading. Other meals were eaten in the much larger sun room off of the family room or on the deck outside. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of kitchen tools and gadgets plus a full spice rack. All of the amenities of Connestee Falls are available to you including the golf course and the hiking trails. A fifteen minute ride into Brevard will give you access to grocery stores, shops, and great restaurants. Also the Asheville airport and all of the Pisgah Forest attractions are very close. Highly recommended!

Location, Location, Location

The location of this rental was amazing! We were within 15-25 minutes from all areas that were wanted to hike, except 1, which was a 40-minute drive, but very much worth it! We saw more deer in the neighborhood than we saw people! It was awesome. There were herds of deer, as many as 15 in one group we counted. Most mornings, fawns with their mothers were sitting in the yard amongst the trees. I wish that our stay could have been longer than 6 days. Hiking was exciting on neighborhood trails and the trails in the area. Connestee Falls, which is located right as you go into the main gate at the top of the hill, was amazing!We had breakfast and snacks at the house, but everything was available if you liked to cook. There was a wide variety of restaurants in town that we took advantage of since my idea of a vacation does not include cooking. :-) We did a Drive Thru at "Smoke On BBQ" on our way home one night that was fantastic! We had the best "street tacos" that I have ever experienced at "Casa Mexicana Taqueria", wonderful Paninis at "Wine Down on Main", and Burgers at "Brevard Diner". We hiked nearly 30 miles in 4 1/2 days. There were so many waterfalls to see, we lost count. The neighborhood itself could have given us another full week of activities if we had had the extended time. Joe and Linda's mountain home was perfectly inviting and made us feel comfortable and "at home" throughout our trip. Even our daughter and Gracie, our grandpuppy loved it!

Perfect house for us

Our second visit to Connestee Falls and we do like it! The house had everything we needed and we chose to spend most of our indoor time in the sunroom. We're already figuring on when we might be able to come back.

Nice place, nice community

The house was very nice and value for the money. It was in a nice community overlooking the golf course. Only issue was it had some dead ants on the rug in the very nice sun room. Overall though I would definitely recommend.

Private and beautiful

This home is in a lovely and very private setting. It is completely wooded all around the property and deer come right up to the large kitchen window. The house was very clean when we arrived and looks just as nice as the pictures. The Connestee property has many hiking trails which we enjoyed. The nearby town of Brevard has numerous restaurants for take out or dine in and is charming.

Great fall family vacation!

Really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. My young kids really enjoyed the park and playground and always on the lookout for deer and other wildlife! We were greeted by a family of deer every morning and two white squirrels lived in front of house along with chipmunks. The hike down to the falls was great and very scenic! We enjoyed the fireplace every night and cooked a few meals in the kitchen. We will be back!!

Large pet friendly home

House was perfect for our trip to Brevard with my 91 year olds Mom and our dog. Kitchen was well equipped and Hime was located close to Brevard and Blue Ridge Parkway.

You name it, this place has it!

The house is centrally located near popular attractions; 6 miles from Brevard, 25 miles from Hendersonville, and 45 miles from Asheville. DuPont State Forest is 9 miles away offering 10,000 acres of forest, trails, and waterfalls ranging in different levels of difficulty for all hikers or bikers.
