Tripyramid Townhouse, 2 BR 2 BA in the heart of the White Mt. National Forest

Come stay in our two bedroom and two bath Tripyrmid Townhouse with the cozy ski house charm you are looking for plus all the conveniences of home. It is centrally located, just an 8 min walk to Town Square with all its shops and dining, and within steps to the free shuttle around town and the ski mountain. The townhouse has its own one car garage.

The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full pullout futon as well as a twin bed. The living room also has a pull-out couch, allowing for a total of 7 guests.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and updated cabinetry with granite counter tops. The kitchen includes a full range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and full dish and cookware set.

The condo is decorated with legendary family ski history. The living room has a large leather L couch and Roku TV for all your streaming needs. The entertainment system also comes with an extensive DVD collection, Amazon Alexa for music, and Wifi. The living room has a wood stove with dry cordwood stacked on the deck.

Our guests have access to the White Mountain Athletic Center for a nominal guest fee. It has an indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms, weights, cardio equipment, a game room, pro shop and a restaurant.

You will enjoy the quiet and peaceful location in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest no matter the season. This is a perfect location for skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, tennis, and many other outdoor activities.

Great neighborhood

This condo is conveniently places from town center, tennis courts, golf course, rec center and trail heads. Condo is furnished and charming.

Wish I had booked it a bit longer

This property is located in Waterville Valley; it is a bit out of the way to general White Mountains attractions. A drive to Lincoln would take an extra 20 minutes each way (Tripoli road exit 31 on Interstate 93 is not exactly drivable). Besides this, we enjoyed our stay. Garage/bedroom/one bathroom is on first floor; dining/kitchen/living room on second floor. Master bedroom/bedroom is on the 3rd floor. Internet speed is 110mbps. The neighborhood is quiet. People are friendly. I loved it. Kitchen is properly provisioned. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, utensils. Place is clean, I inspected hidden area, no dust. :) My wife and I would have extended our stay if we knew the internet speed was fast. We would have brought our work equipement and "work from home" for another extra week. Instead, now I am back in my apartment in New York City. :(

White Mountains Family Getaway

We had a lovely trip to the White Mountains for the New Hampshire Highland Games. This place was Daniels for us because it resembled our home and was great for traveling with kiddos. The neighborhood is sweet and friendly and the neighbors themselves are so welcoming and warm. Our oldest daughter (age 2), quickly made friends with the neighbor kiddos and it made for an extra bonus for our stay! The Jennings were easy to communicate with and extremely responsive.

Perfect wedding weekend

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at at the Tripyramid Townhouse for my brother's wedding. It was great to have space for everyone compared to renting a hotel suite. The 5 minute walk to town square and the wedding venue made it easy to send the kids home with the in-laws!

Deposit grab

Everything about the unit was fine. Cleanliness, location, information previous to check-in ect. The problem was that after our stay the cleaners (owner lives in different state) reported that we caused water damage to a wall in the garage and that we had been smoking in the house. This was maddening as we are non-smokers and the thoughts were that because we are mountain bikers we had been washing our bikes in the garage. This was an impossibility, even if we had wanted to details our bikes as there is no hose and I never looked but as far I could tell no water tap?? There was a disagreement and we did finally receive our deposit back but felt very unhappy with the accusations. We were very respectful while staying in the condo and it was upsetting being told were weren't getting our money back because we hadn't treated the place well - which was a lie.

Great Experience

My family had a great experience staying the week here. The owner was very responsive. The condo is located close to downtown Waterville, was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Neighbors in the condo complex were very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great Location and the perfect set up!

We traveled to Waterville for a ski competition. Communication from the owner was great. The unit was spacious and comfortable. There was everything that we could have needed in the kitchen. I would recommend staying at this unit. If we return to Waterville we will defiantly try to stay here again.

Clean, convenient, comfortable & well stocked

We loved our quick stay. We were there to ski and the location to the mountain is great & although we didn’t use the shuttle it’s nice to have as an option. We ate out one night and ate in one night and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. The fireplace was cozy and the kids enjoyed the puzzles & games. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful townhouse!

We enjoyed our stay. Cozy and comfortable. The wood stove was great after a long day of skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

Great townhouse, great location!

The townhouse was great. It was clean, comfortable and plenty of space for a family of 5. Our kids loved bunking together in the same room. Having the garage space (though a tight squeeze!) was really convenient. The condo is in a great location—an easy drive to both town center and the slopes. Kris was great to work with and quickly answered any and all questions we had. We love our yearly trip to Waterville and hope to make our stay here part of the annual routine.

Lots of space!

The condo was in great shape and super clean. With 3 levels, there's plenty of space to spread out. Garage parking is a nice feature but maybe tricky if you have a big car.
