We loved the property the only thing that was confusing was the garbage and recycle pickup the stay was enjoyable and great walkable to the ocean and boardwalk

Love Wildwood Square

We had a great time and loved this unit. We had stayed at another unit 3 times several years ago but that one is no longer rented out. Like all units in the complex, this had a great layout, tons of space, and everything our family needed. We would definitely stay here again. The only tiny ding I would give this was that the mattresses were super firm, which we are not accustomed to, so it wasn't the most comfortable sleep, at least for us. Not a reason not to stay here though.

Wildwood 2024

We loved the two porches. We wished that a courtesy roll of toilet paper would have been provided for each bathroom. Property is located close to everything. Kitchen pots and pans should be updated. Trash collection of recyclables was confusing. I think the paperwork on the refrigerator needs updated with the correct information.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the rental was great- a few short blocks from the boardwalk and beach... The pool area was nice and inside the courtyard. The condo itself was clean but lights were broken, recycling was full when we got there, the tub was clogged and wouldn't drain properly and there were not enough pool bands. An email was sent, so hopefully it gets addressed as it is a really nice area.

Great Get Away!

My husband and I stayed with our two nieces and their families, 9 people altogether, ages 62yrs down to 2yrs. The house was more than big enough. The townhouse is located close to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! The only negatives were that when we arrived the trash can in the kitchen was full of trash and the recyclable container in the kitchen was full of empty cans/bottles. Also, I would highly recommend bringing your own ironing board. It’s a small travel size one for the countertop and it’s legs are broken. It made it very difficult to iron anything. Jim and Julie F.

Très bel endroit pour vacances en famille. Intérieur propre et fonctionnel. Manque d’ustensiles pour une groupe de 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Balayeuse non fonctionnelle. Nous avons du acheter un balai. Balcon extérieur nécessite un nettoyage, Taches au plafond d’un balcon principal. Trop de saleté dans les rails des portes patio. Gros nettoyage requis.

Great stay & location. Pool & courtyard very nice.

Spacious house within walking distance to beach & boardwalk. Deck oversees pool & courtyard which added a view. Landlord quick to respond.

Needs updating and properly cleaned

The property was a ten minute easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. The pool was great and having a two car garage was very handy. The kitchen was well equipped. Having four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms was very convenient. Also walking distance to Acme. When we had a major problem, the rental group responded quickly and fixed some of the problems. These were the positives. Stayed in August, 2021. However, there were many items in the unit that needed to be fixed and updated. Even though a cleaning service comes, the floors in the kitchen, bathrooms and patios were dirty. Some of the furniture had broken parts. The carpet and couches don’t look clean. Be prepared that the third floor bedrooms were very warm. There were fans which helped but can’t use the one in the twin bedroom since the pull was missing and the light stays on if you want to use it. Shower liners were dirty. Half the burners on the stove didn’t work. There were other items which were documented by the second day we were there and sent to the rental agency. This could be a good place to stay if it was updated like other properties on VRBO.

Hi Judy, thank you for sharing. Once the end of a rental season approaches properties do begin showing wear. The property owner(s) are aware of the notes mentioned in your review and are addressing the cleanliness issues during winter deep cleaning and spring cleaning. The exterior of the home (patio and decks) are powerwashed during the offseason by the property management company. The owner(s) are aware of the stove and have had a technician out to rectify the issue. The owner(s) also are aware of the few pieces of furniture missing parts and are replacing/repairing what they can before Summer 2022. They ask for patience as the fallout from the COVID lockdowns still has logistics slowed and companies are still price gouging while blaming inflation. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and earn your five stars!

Beach house

The place we stayed at was very nice but had a lot of little things that needed to be tended to. The complex was in a huge gated community. There was a very large maintained pool with beautiful landscaped areas around it. It was 4 blocks to the beach but everything such as restaurants wawa drug store were within walking distance. Overall we had a great time and would certainly rent this unit again.

A better vacation than last year

The couch & love seat we’re very much worn in. The vinyl blinds were broken off & did not close for the deck & master suite. The king bed mattress in the master suite needs to be replaced. Kitchen accessories need to be added. House could also use some cosmetic updates.Pool was nice, I liked the gated aspect & the fact my car was garage kept for the week.
