The living room is decorated with a relaxing modern feel to ensure the optimal amount of comfort with a flat screen television and access to a private balcony to let in the fresh Alabama breeze. The brand new fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances so cooking fresh seafood right from the Gulf of Mexico will not only be easy but the best meal you have ever had. The dining room table seats 6 people and 3 additional people can sit at the island bar. There is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a full size washer and dryer on the first level of this amazing beach cottage.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom has a king bed as well as a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with a private bath and a tiled walk in shower. The third bedroom has 2 double size beds which shares a bathroom with a tub/shower combo with the twin size bunks located in the hallway.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. No pets are permitted and this is a non-smoking property. Monthly rentals are available November-March 1st. This house has a security camera under the house that monitors the driveway.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
