This beautifully remodeled three-bedroom home with spectacular ocean views is the perfect place to feel truly pampered during your beach getaway. Take advantage of the custom kitchen while you cook dinner and take in the stunning views. The Seaborn is complete with modern furnishings, a custom 60" electric fireplace with color changing flames, expansive freshly updated deck with outdoor furniture to relax in while breathing in the fresh ocean air.

The king primary-suite is spacious and equipped with a newly remodeled full bathroom and Flat-Screen TV. Across the way you'll find the 2nd queen bedroom with a Flat Screen TV. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and flat screen TV. There is a full bathroom in the hallway.

Home is located in the Bayshore development of Waldport and is a short walk to the beach. You’ll also enjoy access to the seasonal pool for a fee at the Bayshore Beach Club, plus the neighborhood playground and tennis courts. You are a 5-minute drive from the beauty of Yachats and around a fifteen minute's drive from Newport where you'll find the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and many great restaurants and fun beach shops.

Great location and quiet. Beautiful home inside- immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Great view of ocean and easy access by car to beach. Loved the game room!

Place was clean, beds were comfortable, game room was fun. Place is smaller than I expected from the pictures. With 4 adults and 2 teenagers it was a bit tight. From the pictures to me it appeared about 100 yards or so from the beach, that isn’t the case. It’s probably closer to a mile walk maybe less. I was under the impression that it was much closer. Outdoor furniture needs updated and a nice addition would be a gas fire pit to use in the evenings on the deck as it was a bit chilly in mid July. Overall not bad, I would say it was a little pricey for what it was though in my opinion.

Excellent!

It was very nice for the four adults that stayed. All needs were met and we enjoyed our time in the home. The only thing that would have made it perfect, was having a second king size bed.

Lovely, clean updated home!

This was a lovely clean and updated home! It was so fun to have a game room for entertainment because it rained the 5 days we stayed at the house. It was comfortable place to stay and I would recommend it to others, as well as return for a future stay!

Genuinely nice ocean overlook house

So many places are a little more run-down or worn-in than you expect, so it was lovely to stay in a place this quiet, clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. We managed to cook and serve a full Thanksgiving dinner for four here, and the only nitpick I I could come up with is that there were only four or five table forks available. (Very minor problem.) I love the street the house is on and the views over the ocean. Great internet and nice TVs in all the rooms with access to any streaming services you have a sign-in for.

Pictures make it look like ocean is closer

The house overall was okay. Generally nice decor however we had two complaints: 1. The sheets in the master bedroom and last bedroom on right were not clean. Both smelled like smoke and we had to wash them in order to sleep. 2. The pictures of house were very deceiving regarding the location of ocean. It appeared in photos to be close to ocean. This is not the case.

Beautiful coastal house as pictured

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Seaborn. It was as good as the description given. The cleanest place! Beautiful bedding and decorations in the house. It rates at the top of houses we have rented. We could not find a notebook with Wifi information and house rules but found an instruction sheet on the refrigerator. Could have used a few more rolls of paper towels just incase needed. No napkins in the kitchen or coffee. We had to go buy those things - at a Convenient Mart just 2 blocks away. Also, towels were lovely in the bathroom but only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths in each bathroom. It worked for us but just happened to look in the dryer when we were leaving and found it full of clean, dried towels. A note from the cleaning person that there was a load of clean towels in the dryer would have been appreciated. We would definitely return to this beautiful, spotless house.

Beautiful view

Very comfortable home. It was clean had nice updated furniture w comfortable beds. Not ocean front but beautiful ocean view and still close enough to hear the surf. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. We will be back

Great place

The property was close to several attractions. You get a good view of the beach from almost all the rooms and the patio. Nice spacious rooms, board games and cable connection to even spend time indoors if you don't have any outdoor activities planned. Thanks for hosting us.

We enjoyed our time at this house, no complaints at all. It was all very clean and being able to self check-in and out was efficient and we didn't have any problems with the information that was given to us ahead of time.

Great Vacation Home

The house was perfect. Great views of the ocean , about a 5-10 minute walk down to the beach. Nice neighbors, and neighborhood and close to town, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the Oregon coast. Thanks again!
