Portofino is cabo's premier condominium community! Nestled into the hillside overlooking cabo san lucas, portofino is an oasis of blooming flowers, palm trees, and cactus gardens. Enjoy the garden like setting surrounding 2 pools with walking paths and private nooks to enjoy and relax in. Portofino is safe and secure, as is all of "pedregal", one of the oldest and most exclusive communities in cabo san lucas.

This is a delightful condo, penthouse with vaulted ceilings just up the path from the pool area. As soon as you enter you will love how bright and open it feels. Guests are drawn to the oversized and private terrace that seems to float over the township below. On the terrace, enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises. Or, catch some sun and watch the water activities and cruise ships at medano beach during the day. Later in the afternoon when the sun is fading away you will love how the light plays off the mountains with colorful hues changing by the minute, a perfect time for happy hour. As night settles in , the lights below start to twinkle and the sounds of music waft up the hill inviting you to come and enjoy the nightlife. Back for late night star gazing from the terrace with infinity views complete the cycle, which makes this place so special!!

Portofino is a great way to experience los cabos. And don't worry you won't be neglected. Checking in is simple, as you will be greeted by the property manager who will show you around, answer questions, and make arrangements for any activities you are interested in . You can arranged to have the refrigerator stocked before you arrive. Housekeeping and kitchen services are available as well.

The Condo is perfect for a private getaway for two or a small group up to four people. You will love the comfortable living and dining area along with a fully functioning kitchen. Cable TV, phone, internet, and free wifi. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath complete the space. The outside terrace has dining and comfortable rattan conversation areas along with a gas grill to make everything complete. Washer/dryer combo and detached garage included.

Well Appointed Unit

We have been to Cabo many times and stayed in various condos in the Pedregal area. We completely enjoyed our recent stay and were able to take full advantage of its great location and furnishings. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed and great AC

Beautiful view. Entrance just steps from the pool which is heated, clean, has umbrellas & chairs. Immaculate property grounds with flowers, palm trees, secret gardens. Condo is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated inside and patio terrace. Nice extras — throw blankets, beach towels etc. Property managers were easy to contact. They responded quickly. I highly recommend Carol’s place to others.

Great Stay

Easy check in and check out. Beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas and in a gated community with security. Very safe and quiet but close to all local areas.

Great view, secure and well set up.

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was available for any questions and ready to help. The condo was set up well with all the conforts of home. Would enjoying staying again. Condo is located in guard gated community with very close proximity to downtown shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It is also close to the marina. Short ride to Medano beach in an Uber.

Great Vibe, quiet, gorgeous views and close to town!

Amazing place! Will definitely stay here again. Felt very safe, great AC, amazing views, everything you need in a place. Only thing I would recommend is using Uber as opposed to arranging another ride. Uber is great and cheap. Will definitely be returning to stay here!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was really comfortable, nicely decorated and had all of the elements to make it a great home away from home We had a couple of small issues that were remedied instantly. Carol and Jossio couldn't have been more helpful. When we return to Cabo, we will stay here for sure. PS Morning sunrises are incredible from the deck!

New to Pedregal

We have been to Cabo about 20 times. First time in a condo on Pedregal. The property is as advertised. Very clean. Very well appointed. The beer in the fridge and the large bag of ice in the freezer were very much appreciated. Roomy, with great wifi and lots of entertainment options. Lots of books available, even in an era of e-readers. Best of all, it has a great view over the city! Really good property manager who was very helpful. Close enough to walk into town. Walking back is mostly uphill, so it depends on what shape you are in and time of day. On the other hand, there are a couple of lunch spots within a short walking distance. I do not give out five stars very often. So, three five stars and an overall rating of four stars means this is a very nice place.

Perfect condo with everything you need

This is one of the best places I've stayed. The condo was decorated perfectly and stocked with everything you could need for a great stay. We loved the location and the beds were super comfortable. It was clean and quiet and we'll definately be back.

Beautiful Property off the beaten path with awesome view!

Carol's place was perfect. The property itself was large, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need to make meals - we usually went out. The pools rarely had any other people. The condo was within walking distance of the marina and tourist area (if you're in decent shape and like to walk). Ubers are also available and they are fairly cheap. For quality, comfort and location, Carol's place can't be beat.

Amazing - Can't Wait To Go Back!

One of our best vacations ever! The condo has a fantastic view from the large balcony and loved the high vaulted ceilings. The condo is in a quiet and peaceful setting and only a very short walk to downtown and beaches. The condo was clean, well stock and nicely furnished – it totally exceeded my expectations. Carol made the booking and reservation process simple and straight forward. I highly recommend Carol’s condo for your next visit to Cabo! Jennifer

Awesome condo with amazing view

David was a superb host! Answered even my silly questions quickly and with a smile :) Condo is well equipped and provided a great, relaxing home base for us. The view from the terrace and the shade it receives during the day allowed me to finish 2 books (that's a Cabo first for me). Proximity to town is close enough to walk and the return will definitely get your heart rate up. I loved it. Made me feel like I was at least exercising off a few of the cervezas and great food I consumed down the hill.

Loved the condo!

David was the perfect host - very quick to contact me back with any answers to my questions. The condo was darling - well stocked. Has a fantastic view (especially loved seeing the sun rise each morning). The condo area was quiet and the neighbors were great. I would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous location. Very clean property. Beautiful view!

My husband and I have done the resort thing a few times before and decided this time to try renting a condo instead. Best decision ever! This condo was perfect for us! It was VERY clean and was in a great location for us! David and Brooke were so helpful and so quick to respond to any questions we had, as well. We definitely recommend this property listing and would definitely rent again!!

Great location and very clean!

David and Brooke did a great job communicating with us. The place is awesome. The photos do not do it justice. It was an easy walk (a little uphill which as great for exercise!) to local restaurants, shops and the marina. The internet worked really good and the place was very nice. We would recommend renting this unit and we would love to come back!

Portofino in Pedregal well worth it

Everything we wanted! Beauty, nice people, comfortable accommodations tastefully decorated, and a kick ass farmers market a few steps away. Thank you for the welcome emails that helped us to orient ourselves with the area easily. I would book again. Ask about transport to and from the airport.

Wonderful!!!

Loved my stay here and especially the view. It's just spectacular. The condo had everything we needed and was well-stocked in the kitchen. Probably the best place for walking in the area with amazing views throughout Pedregal (plus some lungbusting cardio if you run up the hills). David was very responsive and Brooke the property manager provided some good tips for touring around. Would love to come back and stay here again.

Great Location

The most impressive thing about this condo is the terrace view!! It is incredible day or night. The view of the town with the blue ocean in the background is so picturesque especially when the cruise ships come in. At night it's just mesmerizing The condo is very spacious with all the comforts of home. It's in a great location within the beautiful well manicured complex just a few steps from the pool. The proximity to town is very close. If you're fit and up for a challenge it is definitely walkable. The walk back up the hill will get the heart rate up. We rented a car which I would recommend for seniors although the garage is a little far from the elevator. Just steps down the hill is a great little restaurant called Penny Lane. The food is excellen, made fresh to order and very economical. Every Saturday and Wednesday morning they have an organic farmers market. David the owner and his property manager Brooke were very responsive to all our inquiries. David provided detailed instructions and other information that was very helpful especially since it was our first trip to Cabo. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who really wants to feel the rhythm of the city.

Great Place Great View

The condo is in a great location to experience Cabo. the view is great!! The pictures undersold this place! I was surprised at how spacious the condo is. The balcony is amazing. We spent most of our time out there. It's walking distance from downtown, shopping, and nightlife. It was a pleasant experience to rent from David. He coved everything I could possibly have questions about in emails prior to my trip. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Great condo with awesome city views!

David was great to rent from. He was in constant communication with us before and during our stay. The condo unit itself is very nice and well equipped with everything we needed. The terrace, which overlooked downtown Cabo and the ocean, was large with comfortable furniture and table. The complex is very well maintained by groundskeepers, everyone we met at the complex was very friendly. There is a hill that you need to walk up from downtown but it wasn't that bad of a climb. We are in our mid thirties and have a 7 year old and an infant, we pushed a stroller up the hill and felt it was a good workout but not exhausting. Our 7 year old didn't complain once about having to hike up the hill. There are spots to park a car at the complex if you decide to rent one or you could take a cab from downtown if you don't feel like walking. It took us 7 minutes to walk to downtown from the condo. Just down from the complex is Penny Lane Cafe which also has a farmers market on Saturdays and Wednesdays. It's a great place to pick up local, fresh produce and baked goods. I highly recommend breakfast at Penny Lane as well. I gave this four stars only because the pool was a little cold for us to swim in. We would stay there again and would recommend this condo to friends.

Cabo Condo PERFECT

First time renting from Dave Carpenter. He exceeded any expectation we had from an owner. He sent regular communication to us before and during the stay. Everything we needed to know- he sent us before we asked! Also, when we had questions he answered immediately. Great communication. 5 star.
