This property is currently in escrow with an investor who wants to keep all reservations. Tenants may need to re book with new owner prior to arrival. Same owner as vrbo#1400775. This ground level, single story condo with a lake view of the 12th hole is your perfect desert escape! Light and bright, this home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 HD large screen TV's, free internet and of course, endless views of the golf course and Santa Rosa Mountains! Modern style home including a Della Robbia leather sleeper sofa! 2 car garage & LONG driveway offer ample parking for you and any guests you may want to entertain. Large retractable awning on the patio allows you to enjoy patio all day and season long. Although there are no taxes due for a stay of 28 nights or longer, vrbo has no way to remove these from the quote when you get it. So I will have to manually remove it prior to booking or refund it if you do a Book it Now. Thanks for considering our property!

Weather conditions can change quickly in the desert. Sand storms are know to occur occasionally and strong winds are common. However, winds are typically not a problem in Desert Falls CC. Summers experience extreme heat well over 100 degrees. Please prepare accordingly. We have a monthly extermination service to keep the desert bugs in check. They will typically knock on your door the day of treatment to ask if you want them to spray inside. Let them know if you want them to come or not (your choice). The golf course typically closes down for re seeding anywhere from late September - early November. This schedule varies depending on weather conditions and timing of the club. Please call me with any questions.

Loved everything about this condo, from the community layout, Security gate, and the condo itself. Very roomy and nicely updated with everything we needed. Neal was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Nice to have a garage to keep our car out of the heat. There is also an alarm system for the condo. Stores, restaurants, and golf are all nearby.

One of the nicest place I have stayed!

This was by far one of the nicest places i have booked. The place was super clean and comfortable to stay at. It had great views and the golf course it was on was top notch. The owners were fantastic and accomodating me entire stay. I had to extend my stay and it was easy to do. I would recommend staying - I plan to stay again.

We spent a week in Neal's condo and enjoyed it very much. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the view from the patio was spectacular! We would definitely consider staying here on our next visit to Palm Springs. The condo is also in a great location for shopping and sight-seeing.

Wonderful Getaway Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this facility in Desert Falls Resort. The place felt nice and clean and we enjoyed the view of the golf course. The facility had everything we needed. Location was excellent. Close to restaurants, golf courses, and our visit to Joshua National Park, Palm Springs and the outlets. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Palm Desert.

Beautiful modern suite with contemporary decor. Wonderful patio overlooking the 12thgreen and large pond complete with a variety of waterfowl. Many streets and trails in the complex for long walks. We loved our stay!

Melinda & Neal Johnson have owned another property (Desert Falls Retreat) since 2013. They fell in love with the community (golf, tennis, gym, clubhouse, pro-shop). Their FAVORITE part of the course was hole 12 and they vowed that if a ground level property became available on that hole, they would try to buy it! So when Villa Court hit the market, they wanted to buy and were joined in the purchase by Melinda's parents, Dan & Jeanette Brough. The Brough family had also fallen in love with the charm of Palm Desert and Desert Falls County Club.

From the moment we saw hole 12 on the golf course we knew that we would try to purchase a ground level unit there if it became available! It did and we became the proud owners of the Desert Falls Villa Retreat! As soon as you see the view, you will know why it was LOVE at first sight!!!
