From the balcony you look straight out over the Gulf, and the beach is just a few steps down. It’s where you’ll have your morning coffee and watch the sunset every evening.

• Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, a blender and a toaster
• Main bedroom with a king bed, a TV and its own bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower
• Second bedroom with two double beds, next to a second bathroom with a tub and shower
• Washer and dryer in the unit, plus free Wi-Fi
• Sleeping: One king and two doubles sleep up to 6.

Getting around:
Historic Bridge Street is a short walk away, with restaurants, shops and the pier. The free island trolley stops on Gulf Drive near the resort, so you can reach Holmes Beach, Anna Maria and the rest of the island without moving your car. Boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing and kayak rentals are all close by.

• Minimum stay is seven nights.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM · Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• The unit is one floor up from parking, reached by stairs or elevator.
• The primary renter must be 25 or older. During Spring Break, there must be one renter aged 25+ for every two guests under 25.
• Only gas-powered golf carts are permitted.
• No pets.
