Less then a 5 minute walk to cocunuts and all downtown has to offer and the beach! You will love this home! This beach town is a great laid back town with many options for eating and relaxing! From the pier to Ron jons to the port and world famous Cocunuts!

Cocoa Beach Vacation

We had a great vacation and the house was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the pool and the dock overlooking the water! We rode bikes and walked to the beach and some of the restaurants nearby.

Splendid Cocoa Beach home

Wonderful accommodations! Excellent grounds. Dock on the river and screened in heated pool provided tons of fun. 15 minute walk to the beach and great location to downtown restaurants. This home has it all.

This home was perfect!! We have 3 boys and the fishing, pool, closeness to the beach was awesome!! House was clean, had all the supplies etc that was needed. We really enjoyed everything!! šŸļøšŸ˜ŠšŸļø

This is our second family trip at this amazing home. Pictures do not do it justice. Super comfortable home šŸ  stocked with everything. You literally just need your clothes. Awesome pool with great cover so you donā€™t get too hot and can still swim even if it rains. The outside area is so relaxing and you can sit on the dock to view manatees. The location is wonderful and felt very safe. We are already planning our third stay at Joeā€™s home. He is the absolute best VRBO host. Excellent communication! Some of our favorites include Coconuts, try the pineapple crĆØme brĆ»lĆ©e dessert and the Dolphin Family Tour Company is wonderful and close by too. Donā€™t pass up this home, it is ideal for a perfect Cocoa Beach šŸ–ļø vacation.

Cocoa Beach House

The property was as advertised, and well stocked with kitchen utensils. The house itself had a beautiful pool as well as a dock on the canal that allowed us access to the thousand islands on our SUPs. The location was amazing, with walking access to the beach, restaurants, and all that Cocoa Beach offered. The property manager Joe was amazing. Whenever we had to contact him, he was in immediate communication to answer questions and take care of concerns. I was able to store my flats boat in the garage which was a bonus. My wife and I stayed at the house for slightly over 2 months, the longest we've ever stayed in a VRBO. It was an amazing experience. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic Property

Weā€™ve been renting houses in the area for our family vacation for more than 30 years and this is one of the nicest properties weā€™ve encountered. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded despite being right in town. The house is very well appointed as are the oool area and grounds. In contrast to so many area rentals, the owners here show genuine care for the property having kept it updated right down to the mattresses. If itā€™s available next time weā€™re in town weā€™d stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly deserving of VRBOā€™s highest rating.

Great week away

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach. Location is amazing; short walk to restaurants and the beach. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and we loved hanging out on the dock in the evening. Joe provides you with everything; he is local so would be available if you need anything. We loved having a covered pool for the times that it did rain. Kids loved being able to float and watch TV.

Great House-Wonderful Vacation

Totally impressed--not disappointed with anything. The layout of the house is wonderful, comfortable and private. Can relax by the pool, backyard or dock. Fishing off the dock--caught catfish and stingray and saw Dolphins. Perfect for paddle boarding. Highly recommend-- We had 3 adults and a 6 year, 4 year and 8 month--and the accommodations were perfect. Joe was wonderful to response to questions and emails. Convenient location--able to walk to restaurants and bars and the beach. Bicycling for the 6 year was safe in the neighborhood. Would definitely book again if I have the opportunity.

Great escape, everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is very clean and well-appointed. It is a very short walk to the beach, and to pick up morning breakfast at our favorite spot Cafe Surfinista. We enjoyed eating at the table near the pool and the one in the back garden. The kitchen had all of the essentials so that we could prepare most meals at home. Also has a Keurig machine with coffee pods, and things like seasonings, olive oil and other kitchen items so you don't need to purchase those. Also shampoo, dish soap etc. plenty of blankets The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Joe is a terrific host -- very responsive and welcoming to our party of three. He also provided several suggestions and ideas on how we could enjoy our first trip to Cocoa Beach in terms of restaurants, events and more. Thank you for a great stay!!

Great to get out of the commercial area

We love the Cocoa Beach/ Cape Canaveral area and have been coming here for many years. This location takes you enough out of the commercial end of Cocoa Beach that you can enjoy the neighborhood offerings- like 4th Street Filling Station. The home was good for our party and allowed people their own space. The pool was a nice add in (it was great that pool towels were provided) and the showers with a rainfall showerhead were a nice treat. Be sure to also check out Wildside Tours- they are a favorite of ours!

I wish that we could give Joe's home way above 5 stars...wow, what a great vacation rental! Joe was always so prompt in responding to messages both before the booking, during the booking, and also during our stay. Great property owner! When we checked in, we all were in amazement---pictures simply can't do justice for this home, it's amazing!!! You must see it to believe it. The pool is large and incredible...great covered area included with it. It was so awesome to spend time on the dock with our family viewing the manatees. The home itself was super clean and also very spacious. It was in a perfect location, too, for the beach, visiting Kennedy Space Center, and also lots of good restaurants close by as well. Thank you, Joe, for having this incredible home. We made wonderful family memories here and can't wait to return! Don't miss this rental! We feel incredibly blessed that we were able to stay here for 6 nights.

Amazing property!

The property was super beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The photos online do not do this place justice. The pool was great and watching dolphins and sunsets on the dock was awesome. The host was more than helpful and goes above and beyond. We loved the house and 100% would stay here again.

Joe's place is fabulous. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to everything. Joe was a fabulous host. He checked in to make sure everything was ok and offered to stop by if we needed anything at all. The pool was a great plus. My son and his girlfriend spent most of their time in the pool. My husband and I loved the dock. It was so tranquil. We saw manatees, dolphins, stingrays and many water birds. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and roomy, as well as the bathrooms. Everything was spotless. And the back yard...we can't say enough. It was absolutely stunning. We felt very safe at this location. We definitely recommend.

Hidden Gem

This was a great place. The pool is heated and warm, I didn't measure it, but it was pretty large. The dock was a nice touch. We rented paddle boards and paddled off of the dock. Manatees and Dolphins can be seen frequently off of the dock. The neighborhood is safe. Joe was more than responsive. One thing that I liked is that the house wrapped around the pool, so there was plenty of visability and access. THis also offers separation when kids wake up early they can watch TV on the other side of the house from the bedrooms. The pictures don't do the place justice. It's really great! Thanks again Joe!
