Villa Alkion - Beach House

Alkion Villa was created with great care and unlimited view so our guests can experience a pleasant stay. It is a 130 sq. m seafront 4-bedroom house, bright with plenty of natural light, clean and spacey, in front of a beautiful and quiet, almost private beach, 150 meters away from the pebbled beach of Gennadi in the peaceful area of South Rhodes. Perfect for family and friends who want to enjoy summer life next to the beach in one of the most beautiful locations in the South of Rhodes.
Alkion Villa can accommodate up to 8 people, in 4 separate bedrooms fully air-conditioned. Three bedrooms have a queen-size double beds and one bedroom has a single bed but can open up to another single bed. The house has an open plan living room area with a double sofa-bed, a dining area and a sitting area with a flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator, electric cooker and all necessary small and large electrical appliances) for preparing any meals you want. There is a bathroom on each floor and in the one downstairs you will find the washing machine.
Outdoors, the house features a large private garden with BBQ facilities, outdoor seating areas and private parking. It also has a fantastic, seafront, private balcony with outdoor furniture where you can relax overlooking the Mediterranean Sea!
Free wireless internet, private parking area, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, barbecue facilities are also provided.
The property is located 65 km from Diagoras airport and Rhodes city center. Famous Lindos is only a 20-minute drive. The distance from cafes, taverns and bars is only 1 km.
The nearby village of Gennadi is in South Rhodes in the Dodecanese Region of Greece. Gennadi Beach has also been awarded the Blue Flag, certifying its excellent waters.
We always meet our guests at the house during their stay and our guests our sent an access code for the Key lock system so they can get their keys whenever they arrive. All the necessary information is given to our guests at arrival and you can contact the manager at any time.
A car rental is recommended. Water sports like windsurfing, surfing and other great activities are within driving distance.
