Post-Hurricane Update: This condo unit sustained no damage in the recent hurricanes! Lands End is currently open and welcoming guests. The pool is open; however, the hot tub is currently closed. The tennis and pickleball courts, as well as the shuffleboard and volleyball facilities, are available for use. The elevator serving this building is fully operational. The beach is open, with direct beach access remaining available. The property is continuing its landscaping and common area repairs.

With a newly remodeled kitchen and two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this comfortable condo offers 1 king bed and 2 twin beds to host a family of four comfortably. This NON-SMOKING/PET FREE unit offers views of the Gulf of Mexico as the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that will enchant you every day and evening. Land's End is an immaculately maintained community, with 24hr front gate security, a fantastic resort-style pool, two hot-tubs, and an incredible private beach, perfectly positioned for you to enjoy absolutely the most spectacular sunsets in the world. Located at the most Southern tip of Sunset Beach and surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on all three side, makes the Land's End community truly one of the nicest and most unique in the Treasure Island area. The grounds surrounding Land's End offer a luxurious tropical setting, with miles of white sandy beach and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the private balcony where you can listen to the waves crash along the rock wall, while getting your own dolphin and manatee show. ***ADDITIONAL FEES DUE AT CHECK-IN: The Land's End property will collect a one-time Tenant Gate Fee of $50 due upon arrival at the property. This fee is not included in your reservation total and will need to be paid by cash or credit card upon arrival at the gate. Additional vehicles or day-visitors will incur a $10 fee at the gate.

Location, location, location. We love the area, and always enjoy our visits. We weren’t in love with the unit where we stayed; it is very dated and a little dirty. The walls need painting, and the carpet a good cleaning. The bathrooms are especially old-fashioned. The fan blades are especially noticeable!

No heat first night, it was repaired the next day. Very uncomfortable beds. Drafty windows and doors. We left early - good thing since a boil water alert started the day we left!

Das Appartement ist genauso wie beschrieben und hat einfach eine traumhafte Aussicht und Lage. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Der kurze Weg zum Strand war einfach unschlagbar und auch der Poolbereich war sehr schön. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich.

Stunning view but bummer of a unit

Beautiful view and location. I have been to lands end many times over the last 20 years. This unit looked dated but clean in photos. Unfortunately it is not clean with dirty walls, stained carpets, blankets and thick layers of dust on fans and blinds. No screen on the sliding balcony door. Skip this unit unless listing is updated to say freshly painted etc.

Loved it!

We loved this property! There were a few things that were dated but it was such a wonderful location that those things just made it feel like home. We will definitely stay here again. The only complaint is that we had to pick up and drop off our keys at an office about 10 min. down the road. Pick up was fine but when we were trying to leave super early to get home, we had to back track to drop the keys off. It would have been nice for check out if we could have just left the keys in the room. But not a huge deal, we still loved it. The company we rented through was great as well.

Lands end stay

The location of the unit was fantastic dolphins and manatees were enjoyed everyday from balcony. We were right on the beach and pool was beautiful. The unit was dated and needed a good cleaning dust was thick in the vents. Overall Treasure Island was beautiful. If we come again we will make sure unit is updated.

Nice location

Area is very nice. Swimming pool not adequate for number of units. We are beach people. This particular unit could use a deep clean. Nice to have hot tub right outside our door.

We have been going to Lands End for almost 20 years. This is our first time renting through TRS and we were very satisfied with the process. This wasn't the nicest room we have ever rented but it was more than adequate for our weeks stay. We will very likely rent through TRS again.

We are very pleased with this unit. It's not modern or upgraded but everything is functional. Mattresses are comfy. Location is amazing, you can even listen to live bands at night from the balcony. Beach is not crowded. If you are looking for a party resort Land's End is not for you. Nice calm place. TRS has been super helpful and responsive when I had question, we'll definitely book from them again. Jess was super helpful before and during our trip, we have been going to Land's end for a while with another company for a few years and we are happy we made the switch.

Pelican Paradise

Watching the pelicans, dolphins, manatees and other creatures in the cut was so fulfilling to our souls. Such a blessing to watch nature do its thing without human interference. The condo was very nice as well! 😊 The unit was spacious and well stocked. Ww enjoed our time there and can't wait to go back next year!!!

Great location

Condo is in a fantastic location with water visible on three sides. Condo well appointed— had everything family could want. Kitchen and bathroom are dated, but functional. Lands End is perfect location.

Needs a revamp

The view was astonishing. But you could tell the age of the condo. Could use a paintjob. The master bathroom just looked grubby. There were some sort of bugs that came out at night in the kitchen. Towels had stains. Master bedroom bed was awkward. Someone needs to go through there and get rid of broken utensils, beach chairs, furniture etc. For the money paid i would have thought they would have left cleaning supplies, dish soap, a sponge, or dishwasher liquid. We had to clean the entire utensil draw and all the utensils. Coffee mugs were horribly stained. Just little things that could have made the stay easier. Upon checking in we were given a parking pass, which was a problem with the front gate. They said we could have been towed had it not been caught. Miscommunication from rental company and condo guards at the gate. Plus there was an extra 30 check in fee at the condo we weren't made aware of.

Would stay at Land’s End again just not in this unit.

The location and view were spectacular. Our condo was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. However, the carpets were very stained and there were no beach towels. The unit is in dire need of a fresh coat of paint. The TV was sitting on a piece of plywood. The photo is very old and misleading.

Amazing view!

The condo was clean, and neatly decorated. The small balcony faced the water on the end of the island offering a view of the bay and gulf. The bay could also be seen from the east facing windows. The beach and pool were very nice. We enjoyed our first vacation on the Gulf side of Florida!

We saw manatee, sting rays and dolphin from balcony! Great beach access. Unit was clean and comfortable. Check in/out super easy.
