Who doesn't love the beach? And Sugar Beach has a beautiful white sand beach.

Lovely and bright second floor single level condo with 2 BR / 2 BA located right on the sugar white sand at Sugar Beach.

Excellent views both day and night out to the clear turquoise Caribbean Sea, Buck island and even a view of Christiansted town lights. This Sugar Beach condo is bright and airy - swaying palms, tropical sea breeze, a beautiful sea view from your own gallery as well as the living area and the master bedroom.

This Sugar Beach condo is fully equipped with central AC and 2 large bedrooms. Guest bath has tub and master bath shower has 2 shower heads. Updated baths have separate sink / dressing areas. Updated galley kitchen has an adjacent washer / dryer. Stay for a week or stay forever.

Did I mention year round sunshine and no passport required? What more could you want?

Sugar Beach amenities include DISH TV, high-speed Internet access, large free form pool, BBQ area, lighted tennis courts, and great room adjacent to pool. Free parking is available onsite.

Everything about our stay was great. A great rental right on the beach. Swimming pool at this rental was hugh and plenty of seating. Balcony ant this rental was where we spent a lot of time. Coffee in the morning annd resting in the anfternoon. Owner and Vrbo host went out of their way to make us feel at home and checked on us often. Already book for next year.

Disappointing and Frustrating from check-in to check-out

Our stay was plagued with numerous issues: no wifi, no cable/satellite; beach inaccessible due to sargassum/seaweed that produced a horrible smell and caused a fungus-like buildup in bathtub that kept getting worse and led to us having to clean up to 4 times per day; washer not working; not being provided with unit # prior to arrival; accusations from agent about having more people in the unit; and more. We booked this location, which cost over 2000 because of the amenities mainly proximity to beach, wifi and cable/satellite. We most definitely didn't get what was promised.

Spring break

The unit we stayed in was beautiful with a beautiful view of Buck island. It had everything we could have needed while staying there. The host was very communicative and was accommodating of our late check out.

Christmas Getaway

We had a great time. The condo was nice and clean, and everything you needed was there. A great location for the beach; however, the roads getting to the condo were very bad. There were lots of things to do close by. We had a car, so we were able to tour the island.

Sugar Beach: always a pleasure

Condo is right on the beach. Cool breezes, room for dining on the porch with family of seven who stayed in another Sugar Beach unit. Good snorkeling right off the beach. COVID has had a negative effect on some of the restaurants in town, but that’s no surprise and just temporary. FUN stay!

Lovely location and views but…

First the good part- it’s a good location, with excellent views and close to Christiansted, the house is well equipped with whatever you might need for a good fun day at the beach. Now for the not so good parts - there was no hot water and from the looks of it, it seems the heater has been leaking for a while. Some of the towels were smelling and we were told that we can go and pick up clean towels by the pool. The washer was not working; we were informed couple days before we got there. But we were already on our trip and couldn’t have packed more to accommodate not being able to do laundry. The dishwasher leaked after the first and only use and we had to mop up the kitchen the morning of when we had to leave. The other option was to leave the kitchen floor wet and muddy with everyone walking through and packing. The soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms were diluted with water to the extent that you needed 4-5 squirts to get it to lather. The place is nice, but it’s old. Fixtures are rusty. The door stoppers and knobs are so rusty that they are coming apart. One of the fans and one of the lights in the patio does not work. The place needs a deep cleaning because everytime you enter the house, there is a musty smell. The decor is beach like and great, but there are too many shells everywhere. Some of the decorations are just gathering dust and no longer appealing. Overall I would not stay here again.

Loved the condo

The condo was great. So many extra items for our comfort and also added to the fun. Example: snorkeling gear! It was just lovely. Be careful of the time of year for the beach. There was an abundance of seaweed and we could not go into the water from the condo. Many other great beaches though. Overall a fantastic trip

loved the balcony, all the furniture was very comfortable, lots of upplies if you forgot anything.

Beautiful Property in St. Croix

This property was amazing! We loved being right on the beach. It was so nice to eat breakfast and dinner on the balcony while enjoying the ocean breeze and a beautiful view!

Wake up to the sound of the sea

Excellent amenities and an unbeatable view of the sea are some of the highlights of this property! Went to sleep every night, and woke up every morning, to the sound of the sea outside. Has all a family needs for a first-rate Caribbean vacation. Sharon is very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommended!

Clean, Comfortable Condo with a Magnificent View

Furniture and beds were comfortable. View was fantastic and if you don't like the decorative grates on the windows, you can unlock them and push them to the sides, although we generally left them on. We left the sliders open all the time and just enjoyed the sea breeze. I would recommend this location and Sharon is a wonderful agent to work with. She even came to the airport to meet us and led us to the Condo. Fantastic!

Having young school kids we vacation in the summer months. Despite being really hot we all had a great time! The 2 bedroom condo on the second floor is right on the ocean and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. We spent a great deal of time at and in the pool. Beautiful and well kept pool. My wife snorkeled right in front of the condo and we all enjoyed the beach. The unit is extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need! Loved the furniture on the balcony and we ate their most evenings. Did eat out 2 nights at recommended restaurants (40 Strand and Savant) which were superb. Kids loved the big screen TV in living room and the master bedroom even has a really big tv for a bedroom. It is important to rent a car so you can see the rest of the island's beaches. Definitely hope to rent the unit again

Our family arrived to find a beautiful, comfortable , extremely clean condo. The bedrooms are spacious with beatiful new bedding. I plan to make this our familes yearly !

Family from the midwest

Our family was there in January and found this to be a very comfortable condo. Anything needed for cooking was present. Loved having the washer & dryer which allowed us to travel light. The bedrooms were very functional. Matresses were very comfortable. There were convenient luggage racks for each bedroom & plenty of dresser & closet space. Stunning view from the balcony overlooking the wonderful beach. We ate most of our meals enjoying the view. There is a reef which helps soften the waves for those wan ting sn ocean swim. There were plenty of beach toys & a hammock to enjoy. If you are adventurous, you can catch your own Caribbean lobster. We saw a local who caught a whole net bag full. There are tons of conch shells to dive for & bring back to shore. We were lulled to sleep each night by the sound of the ocean waves. There is also a nice pool for guest's to enjoy with noodles and other water toys. There is an area that is always shaded for those who must go easy in the sun. We had so fun while staying in this condo & found everything we needed. We will definitely be bsck.
