Come indulge yourself with a relaxing seaside vacation at Caribbean Paradise in Pelican Cove Condominium.
This fully appointed 2 bed, 2 bath condo has all you need for the perfect Caribbean vacation.
The sunken room has a new split A/C unit, comfortable furnishings, TV with cable, DVD player with DVD selection and free WIFI is provided.
Just step through the large living room slider doors and enjoy the sea view and breeze from the spacious gallery.
The master bedroom features a King size bed, en suite master bath and split A/C.
This bedroom looks out to the sea and opens up directly to the gallery. (patio )
The guest room has a window A/C and two twin beds that can easily combine to a King.
There is a door from this bedroom to the bathroom shared with the main living area.
Both bathrooms were updated in 2019. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2024 and has all major appliances including a washer/dryer for your use.
It is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware.
There is dining for 6 inside.
Enjoy al fresco dining? There is additional dining on the gallery as well as a gas grill for your use.
Other features include a safe to store any valuables while you are out enjoying the island.
Pelican Cove is a gated, seaside condominium complex with security and free parking.
It features a pool with hot tub, tennis courts close by and a beautiful sandy beach.
Next door on the beach, The Palms at Pelican Cove offers a great restaurant and bar, as well as a lovely swimming beach.
We provide snorkel gear, cooler and beach chairs, as well as a few basics such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish and dishwasher soap to get you started.
Just 3 miles from Christiansted, and a short drive to all the island has to offer. Whether you want to golf, try your luck at the casino, hike, jet ski, rent kayaks, shop, eat, or just relax on the beach, it's all available on St. Croix. We provide renters with great tips to help make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.

Great stay

Property was well maintained and had everything it advertised. Good location and ample parking available. Host was available on phone to answer any queries. Google maps was a bit confusing on how to get there but thats not porpertys fault.

Caribbean Paradise

The condo was perfect. Our Son & family stayed there, and loved the kitchen. The layout of the condo was perfect for their family. Pool is very close, so our Grandsons were there when we weren't on a beach or exploring the Island. Great time! They didn't want to leave.

Last minute

We had to reschedule our spring break at the last minute. This place was a great place to stay! The condo was just what we needed. The pool and beach were awesome! Swimming and snorkeling on St Croix was great.

Stay Left!

This was an Awesome vacation for my brother (his 1st time to the Caribbean). I had a Blast driving all over the island remembering to "Stay Left". Just stay calm and pay attention and you will enjoy driving on the island and experiencing all it has to offer. The locals are very friendly and helpful. The Condo was Amazing, 1st floor, beach view, well kept, clean and plenty of room. The pool area was also amazing, get out and swim every morning, you'll love the salt water pool. Not crowded at all. Enjoy your vacation here!

Great Location, and Quality, Well Stocked Condo on the shore

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet, well-stocked, large condo. It's very private and is located in a gated, beautiful and quiet site. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time! Loved that the unit was on the first floor and close to the pool. You can see the ocean. The pool was huge. Nice gated area. Much Of the time we were the only ones at the pool & beach. Thank you.

Wonderful!

Pelican Cove is a wonderful and convenient property. Earl was terrific to work with as he communicated promptly and courteously. The condo was well stocked with everything including snorkel gear, pool toys. A fabulous time was had by all!

'Twice' as nice!

Piece of Paradise

The condo was perfect for our needs. We stayed there for just over a week. It is beautiful, nicely appointed & spacious. The property at Pelican Cove is well maintained and feels safe. The property sits on a beach, not super ideal for swimming, although there are a couple of swimmable spots if you walk down just a little. But St. Croix has its fill of beautiful beaches within minutes drive. We didn't need much during our stay, but when we did, Earl (Agent) and Paul (Owner) were very responsive and easy to work with. Great stay

Property is a part of a gated condo complex. There is a pool with public grills and an office with a bunch of books to read. Property is beach front with a lawn as well. Property has a fully stocked kitchen with a private grill, coffee, etc. we walked a 400 yards down the property toward the hotel and parked ourselves on the beach there because there is also a full bar and resturant you have access too. Property manager was super kind and really responsive to our questions and requests. Overall I would go back and I HIGHLY recommend

Very nice condo complex

One of the better spots on this part of the island. Beach was very windy, so didn’t spend much time there but the pool is great and protected from the wind.

Quiet Retreat

With Israel still shut down, my wife and I chose Saint Croix as an alternative for some down time and spent 8 nights here. The condo is in the center of the first floor of the “American Building” (There are five different buildings). It has a view of the ocean that is perfect for morning coffee on the porch watching the feral chickens. The decor is tastefully tropic and in good condition and the outside gas grill is a big plus for us. Had some difficulty understanding how the TV worked, but we really didn’t need it that much. The grounds are well kept and very peaceful. We didn’t see any children, but being February, they were probably still in school. We weren’t impressed by the beach as it was mostly rocky. The directions way too complicated. I would advise to just go to the Palms at Pelican Beach and turn right. The location is perfect to tour the island This complex is well suited for mature adults. We did visit the local animal shelter and ended up bringing a darling puppy home to Texas. All-in-all, we would recommend staying here. Larry & Kelly Anne, Geogetown, Texas

Wonderful Vacation!

Very nice vacation with all the necessities! Fully equipped kitchen with lots of pots, pans. utensil, etc. Location was perfect. Close to Christiansted, 20 minutes from airport and 30 minutes to Frederiksted. Earl was amazing during our visit. He provided great recommendations on where to snorkel, beach, etc. Condo had beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers to use while staying. HIghly recommend and will definitely be returning. This is the 2nd time we have rented from Earl this year. Thanks for a great time!

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation! We loved staying in this unit. It is located on a beautiful beach and has everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation. It even has snorkeling gear, beach towels, some sunscreen and snacks for the first day. Communication with the host was great! We very much hope to come back again sometime soon

Short getaway

Excellent communication from owner/property Mgr. It’s an older unit, but maintained well. Felt safe on the property. A gentleman that lives in a condo in our building calls it ‘the compound’, as the property is gated. The pool is excellent. During our stay it was not crowded at all. Beach is pretty rocky, but this is the norm in STX.

Pelican Cove

This was a lovely property. The grounds were well maintained. Its a hidden gem. The view of the ocean was amazing. Only issue was the door was shedding underneath from moisture and I was constantly sweeping and mopping. A few days later I discovered while plugging in my charger behind the chest of drawers that water had also dampened the chest and that had an odor and I cleaned it also assuming this was a leak that had happened prior to our arrival. On the last day my husband discovered a wall leak as I took a shower and discovered lots of black mold ,he had no knowledge of my prior cleaning or my assumption of thinking this was something prior to us coming. We called property management and the repair guys arrived immediately. I wish we had discovered the leak immediately. Otherwise everything was great and hope to return again.

Really fantastic trip

We had a great time on St Croix. We launched from Pelican Cove Condos to take a pretty strenuous hike to the Analy Bay tide pools, played 9 holes of golf, saw the sights of Christiansted and Frederiksted, went snorkeling to few spots including on “Teforo” an excursion trimaran the sails out to Buck Island. The property is beautiful and the management is first rate. We loved it.
