Large exclusive patio off the kitchen, AC throughout. Path to beach directly across the steet! No on site parking but, a lot a block away charges reasonable daily/weekly rates.

452 Commercial St. is filled with historic character and modern conveniences. The livingroom has a light-filled bay window where one might sit and watch the world go by. Lots of windows, comfortable furniture and a bedroom that is quiet w/a great mattress helps. A lovely kitchen along w/a wonderful bath with a strong shower is marvelous! The E end has art galleries as neighbors, and we lived nextdoor to PAAM. The beach entrance is steps away.

This was the perfect place for myself, dog, and friends. Itā€™s a nice size with a decent kitchen setup. The back patio was also lovely to have. Communication was crystal clear and there were no issues during our stay whatsoever. Iā€™ll be back!

Loved staying in the East End!

The location of this condo is really excellent! So close to the beach, Angel Food, the museum, and galleries. The location had a real neighborhood feel as we kept running into the same people and their pups at the beach and walking through town and everyone was so nice. The condo is well-appointed and comfy for a fun stay. No parking but Pat's Friendly Parking down the street was fantastic and it really was friendly and so close to the beach and new park. Great communication from the condo owners from the start of our stay and throughout. Thank you!

Nice stay with our pup

It was just enough space for the two of us and our dog. Itā€™s nice to have options that allow us to bring him with us. Great water pressure in the shower and nice beach access right across the street. Maryann was very responsive to check in and make sure all was well. Perfect location to watch the 4th of July parade.

Maryann was excellent at providing needed information and kept in occasional contact during our stay. The home was well appointed with some unexpected items, such as beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

It has been five years since my last trip to Provincetown. The buzz and excitement has grown. While this place is on the quiet side of town, it was not quiet enough for us. We could hear every car and truck on the street and all the noise in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils but there is not enough counter space to prepare a dinner. The owner has done some cute and innovative things to make up for the lack of space but we found it difficult. The shower is tiny, but water pressure fabulous. The bedroom didnā€™t allow much space between bed and wall, but the bed was great. The greatest source of frustration was parkingā€¦we got the hang of it (an app to pay for a space, moving for street cleaningā€¦might have been worth paying one of the lots). It was disappointing that the resident across the street has planted some bushes that block any view of the bay. The back area by the grill stunk of garbage so sitting there didnā€™t work. The chairs in front of the other units porch were a good spot for my morning meditation. I think we need a place further out of town and one that has a place to prepare the fresh seafood we love but maybe you would find the proximity to town a great asset.

Perfect Stay!

We loved our stay in this perfect little condo! It was so cozy and the location is perfect. Everything was within walking distance. Our puppies loved walking Commercial Street everyday and night during our stay. Weā€™re headed home and already planning our next visit. Maryann, our host responded quickly with our questions. We highly recommend this place for your stay in P Town!

Lovely, quaint in great location

Itā€™s an old property thatā€™s been turned into several quaint little condos. Owner did an excellent job of making the renter feel right at home! Excellent location, short walking distance to town center with double paned windows, so it was pretty quiet. Great little gourmet market with supplies and prepared foods literally right across the street. Only complaints - our unit came with a well appointed back patio but the seat cushions were too dirty to sit on. The unit also advertises cable/satellite channels but there is no live cable or satellite service. The wireless internet speed, however, is excellent and streaming is available.

Positives- Owner communication. Read the email! She covers just about everything. And it will likely be in your spam folder. Location is great! We were able to walk to town frequently and the beach access was incredible! It was like we had our own private beach! Well appointed however, there is not a lot of storage / hanging space for clothing. The water pressure is awesome!!! Negatives- Parking! Yes there is a parking lot nearby. $20-30 for the day and $40 overnight. Street parking is available, but pay heed to the street sweeping. The property is on the cusp of street sweeping either Tuesday or Wednesday. $100 fine. There are numerous other units in the building. The people upstairs were either wearing cement sandals or roller skates! Not something Iā€™m used to. The patio, which looks nice in pics, is inundated with bugs and was dusty! The keyless entry did not work consistently. Bring the key! (Which the owner was clear about.) The bed! Itā€™s in desperate need of replacement. To say there is a divot in the middle is an understatement.

Another great stay in ptown

We have stayed here for the past few years and always have a great time. Such a perfect location and some really nice updates made our visit a blast. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the private back deck in the evenings. Canā€™t wait to come back!

Comfortable, charming unit on Commercial Street

Located in one of the charming old houses on Commercial Street, this first floor unit was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Thereā€™s a walking path to the beach right across the street, and waling distance to the center of town.
