Very nice property. One down side was road noise coming up the hill. Beautiful view and loud cars.

Thanks for your feedback. We were able to accommodate your last minute request to change your check in date and we always do our best to be there for our guests. There is a road ad the base of the hill. Due to the central location, some traffic noise can be present.

Would visit again

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed and the location was perfect while we were visiting nearby family. The property is beautiful and the covered back patio was a great bonus. The owners were extremely responsive with questions even during a holiday. Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit the area.

Beautiful hill country house

We enjoyed our stay near family in Lakeway and Dripping Springs! The house was new with amazing outdoor spaces. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had the basic necessities. We appreciated the firewood for the outdoor stone fireplace. Would love to stay again someday.

Beautiful large home in dripping springs!

We booked this house for our wedding in dripping springs. The check in process was easy and smooth. The house itself was large, clean, and well maintained. Even though we didn’t use the outdoor area in the back, it was definitely a highlight. I would highly recommend this place and stay again!

Great property near State Parks

The house is located in a nice area about ~1hr drive to Pedernales Falls and Inks Lake parks. Modern appliances (I appreciated the gas range) and a nice large TV. The deck and fire pit are great and are nicely furnished. Comfortable beds and very clean. Communication with owner was great and timely. The perfect rental home! Would definitely stay there again.

This home is beautiful with a great location and view. HOWEVER, the road noise from the highway just on the other side of the bushes is insane. As you’re sitting on the beautiful back patio you hear 18 wheelers, motorcycles;etc zooming by. You can also hear the road noise from the primary room and another guest room. Unfortunately it was so loud we will not be staying in the future. If you don’t mind the noise it’s great.

I’m sorry the near by road noise bothered your group. Unfortunately, at this time, there’s a lot of construction being done on that road The benefit of our home is it is very close to all the amenities that you need and It still has a beautiful view. We do have another property in Blanco that is on almost 6 acres if you would like something, a little more secluded in the future

Even better than expected

We were looking forward to our stay from seeing the pictures online and when we arrived we were even more impressed seeing it in person. This was the perfect place for us to host the rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding. The outside back porch was large and perfect for hosting. We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit after as well. We felt at home as we prepared for our son’s wedding and the groomsmen enjoyed staying onsite with us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great Family Property

Stayed here with 3 young kids. Very nice to have a 1-story house! Check-in was a breeze and the house was extremely clean with all the kitchenware, bedding, and bath items you could need. Great location with easy access to breweries, wineries, and Austin. Although we didn't use it for our car, access to the garage was a nice, rare surprise. Great place to set stuff and store garbage throughout the week. No complaints on the house and would happily recommend it to others.

First time in Texas

I recently had the pleasure of renting a house in Texas, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, The house is clean and well-maintained. One standout feature was the backyard -true Texas landscaping was unforgettable. The property management team was also a pleasure to work with - they replied quickly to all your messages

Hill Country

We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday despite the rainy weekend. We enjoyed hiking and the beautiful state park about 30 minutes west of the house. If you stay, be sure to make reservations at the natural areas that are closer to the house. We didn’t realize that was required and there were no tickets left. The house was nice and I thought the beds were especially wonderful. The outdoor area in the back was very nice, but we were disappointed that there was a lot of traffic noise from the highway hidden behind the trees. Dripping Springs offers some very nice restaurants. Do check them out.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! To visit any of the parks in the area you typically need reservations. You can find information at https://parks.traviscountytx.gov. I also have information about some of the natural attractions in the info booklet at the house. There is a 2 lane road at the bottom of the hill behind the property which doesn’t usually have much traffic. One of the perks of staying at our house is that you have a great view while still being in on close proximity to all the places many folks enjoy visiting.

Amazing place to stay in the Austin Area

We rented this property for a 5-night stay in May 2019 to celebrate my Daughter’s graduation from UT-Austin. This place was amazing! It was very clean, spacious and well decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. The area was very private and quiet. The back patio is so pleasant to sit out there in the afternoons and enjoy the nice scenery. We had a small get-together with Family and Friends on one day which went very well...everyone loved the house. The Owner, Lauren, was exceptional....she was in good contact with us throughout the stay and gave great instructions on everything. I would highly recommend this property to anyone especially for area college activities, wedding parties, etc. With full bedding for up to 8 people and the reasonable pricing, this property is a no brainer compared to hotels. Thanks for everything Lauren.
