Bright and cheerful, this townhome has everything needed for your vacation!

Bright and cheerful on the inside this awesome townhome has been updated for your comfort. The inviting living room is the perfect place to gather as it provides a large comfortable seating area. Enjoy dinner and cocktails at the fabulous dining room table or coffee at the breakfast nook.


Whether it's the family vacation or a convention center event there will be plenty of space for all. There are 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and a 3rd bedroom with 2 full beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. There is also a sleeper sofa to accommodate any extra guests.


You can also stay connected with high speed internet access. Flat screen TVs with cable are available in each bedroom so everyone can watch what they like!


Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

Family of 6 adults enjoyed the stay in this home that is spacious and very clean. We liked that each of the bedroom had their own bathroom - and extra bonus was the half bath! Neighborhood was very quiet and safe - liked the gated community. Appreciated that the home had its own driveway/parking so no need to worry about looking for parking when coming home late. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Never had any issues so there was no need to contact the owner. Home has easy access to attractions, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were able to walk to and from the CC when necessary. The unit has lots of storage.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this town home. Only recommendations I would make would be to supply more towels for guests. We also could not find any covers for the pull out couch but luckily had brought extras with us.

Great Place To Stay

This property was very nice and in a great location. The mattress on the lower level bed was uncomfortable. It was extremely worn and sank down on the side next to the closet. Otherwise it was great.

Perfect Orlando Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location to everything in Orlando, minutes to OCCC for meetings we were attending. Did not have opportunity to enjoy the amenity center and only complaint was the sofa sleeper is worn and would sag and be uncomfortable. All in all a great, clean and highly recommended location to rent.

House is good, as depicted in photos, very far from pool. There was mold on the wall in the master bedroom we didnt see till the morning we left.

It was affordable as well. I can't say enough about them. As a travel agent, I will be recommending them to my clients.
