Bright and cheerful, this townhome has everything needed for your vacation!

Bright and cheerful on the inside this awesome townhome has been updated for your comfort. The inviting living room is the perfect place to gather as it provides a large comfortable seating area. Enjoy dinner and cocktails at the fabulous dining room table or coffee at the breakfast nook.

Whether it's the family vacation or a convention center event there will be plenty of space for all. There are 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and a 3rd bedroom with 2 full beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. There is also a sleeper sofa to accommodate any extra guests.

You can also stay connected with high speed internet access. Flat screen TVs with cable are available in each bedroom so everyone can watch what they like!

Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

Wonderful easy access to the OCCC. Short drive or easy walk. Good comfortable facilities. Would definitely stay there again.

Trade Show Convenient

We always stay at Vista Cay during our trade shows that we attend in Orlando twice a year. Location is convenient, quiet, and clean.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this town home. Only recommendations I would make would be to supply more towels for guests. We also could not find any covers for the pull out couch but luckily had brought extras with us.

Great Place To Stay

This property was very nice and in a great location. The mattress on the lower level bed was uncomfortable. It was extremely worn and sank down on the side next to the closet. Otherwise it was great.

Perfect Orlando Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location to everything in Orlando, minutes to OCCC for meetings we were attending. Did not have opportunity to enjoy the amenity center and only complaint was the sofa sleeper is worn and would sag and be uncomfortable. All in all a great, clean and highly recommended location to rent.

Wonderful Home away from Home 🏡

Conveniently situated near the Orange County Convention Center! We enjoyed dinner at The Point after a long day at the Convention Center. The accommodations were very clean and well maintained. Communications with the management company was great. I would certainly recommend this property to family as well as friends!

Amazing Unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 93 in Orlando in Vista Cay Resort. It was amazing. The staff was very responsive when we needed them. The unit was clean when we arrived there and spacious. It was close to everything. We loved the amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool. We loved it and we will be back for sure. It was affordable as well. I can't say enough about them. As a travel agent, I will be recommending them to my clients.

Would rent again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is just as in the pictures. The unit is in a good location within the complex - not too far of a walk to the pool and clubhouse. Everything was very clean with the exception of a chunk of toothpaste stuck to the wall of the downstairs bathroom. We did deal with some ants in the upstairs bathrooms and kitchen, but not bad enough to call maintenance. It was nice to have a Walgreens, Publix and a few food places within walking distance or short drive. I would not say it’s walking distance to the conference center, especially in August. The kitchen was nicely stocked with supplies, and there were plenty of towels, both bath and pool towels. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom could definitely be replaced. But the other two bedrooms seemed to be alright. The rental company was very easy to deal with and gave excellent information and easy to understand directions. Overall it was a very comfortable and clean rental in a great location. We would rent this unit again, as well as others in the complex. The whole facility was very nice, clean and well taken care of.

Great location, a couple issues

Check-in super easy as we’ve stayed at this resort last year for a volleyball tournament. We love how close this is to the convention center, as well as Disney Springs and Universal / City Walk. Dining out and activities at ICON park are right around the corner! There appeared to be mold in the bottom level bedroom. The cleaner did not do a great job with the shower as there were facial and miscellaneous hairs. The shower handle was tough to turn and stuck at certain degrees. The living room has broken blinds, the half bath toilet did not work properly and we reported there were bugs in the kitchen. They did provide us with ample kitchen supplies such as garbage bags and paper towels, which was great and we definitely appreciated the Oreos! For the upstairs, the master bedroom had difficulty with the TV and the spare bedroom had a broken ceiling fan chain so we could not adjust the speed. All beds were comfortable and the unit was spacious when you wanted to go off on your separate ways from your family. The main pool wasn’t too far and there were Adirondack chairs on the patio off the bedroom on the ground level which we enjoyed. I just recommend regular maintenance for the bug issue, cleaning up the mold spots, providing Kleenex and extra toilet paper ( which we purchased), and extra towels for each bathroom. The laundry room came in handy, too!

Far from pool

House is good, as depicted in photos, very far from pool. There was mold on the wall in the master bedroom we didnt see till the morning we left.
