Volleyball stay

Overall we had a good stay. We had to call the maintenance people the first day for three issues. They did come within a few hours to fix the issues. The trash is picked up mon- Friday but it was never collected. I had to take it to the extra bins. They have cool holders near the doors but since no one collected we collected flies- at the door! Nice pool. Tiki bar is a nice addition. It would be nice if all the TVs functioned and had some troubleshooting info with them. I am sure it was a matter of technology. I have had this many places. Felt safe and we were able to cook each day. I would stay again.

Hi Brandi Thanks for spending time writing the review following your stay. It;s appreciated. We are seeing a number of guests complaining about the municipal trash collection at the resort. We are going to have a meeting with the HOA to see if there's anything that can be done to improve it for guests. Thanks for raising it. We will also review the TV's and their operation at the home. It must need some instructions to be left for guests to use. We hope that you'll come back to visit again soon! Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on my recent stay. While I appreciated certain aspects of the property, there were several issues that affected the overall experience:• The iron and ironing board were dirty and broken.• The large cooking pot was burned and damaged.• Several essential items in the unit appeared worn or not functioning properly.• Both the kitchen and bathroom sinks became clogged on multiple occasions.I attempted to contact guest services using the number provided in the arrival package, but I did not receive assistance. I also visited the lobby to request help in person. The staff member informed me that he would contact the owner by email, but I never received a response. When I followed up again, I was told another email had been sent, yet no one reached out.These issues impacted my ability to fully enjoy the property, and I believe they should be addressed for future guests.

We were in town for Cheer Worlds. It was so nice to have a home away from home.

It was rather easy. Every was done online. Payments can be made if reservations are far enough out. Property was just as it was pictured, spacious, staff on site were friendly and helpful. Woukd recommended this property amd hosts.

I’m sure the owner doesn’t know.

I hate to leave a bad review, this property is in a beautiful resort, in a prime location and has all of the makings of an amazing vacation. We called early in our trip and requested that the pool be heated and to our delight we were able to pay over the phone. It was handled promptly. The property has everything needed with regards to linens, beach towels, and kitchen necessities. Unfortunately and again I’m sure the owner doesn’t know, the property was FILTHY, dust bunnies everywhere, crumbs all over the kitchen and living areas, old socks in the bed, broken and damaged furniture in every room. It’s in need of a good deep clean. We spent our first evening stripping beds and washing linens after our son found old socks in his bed immediately upon arrival. If the owner would like to contact me, I’m a landlord and have many rental properties in my home state, I will gladly share photos. To the owner, your property has such incredible potential and it is my belief it is being mishandled. Hopefully this helps you going forward.

We have been having issues with the cleaning crews since the end of the pandemic - and this just underscores the problems we've experienced. We're staying at the property at the moment and while there are doing a deep clean ourselves. We are sorry that you had a less than perfect experience when staying at the home.

Spacious and private; enjoyed the private pool as well as the public pool. Not very clean and it was a struggle to get maintenance to tend to outdoor garbage which welcomed critters.

Nice community amenties

The community pool and club house was amazing! Nice extra! The roof screen on house pool was ripped when we were there. Night bugs got in but other than that it was really nice

Very Disappointing

Looks nice in the pictures. Place was very dirty. We swept the floor, washed sheets, wiped down the counter tops in the kitchen. We found out when washing the sheets the dryer did not agitate. The dryer did not shut off when you opened the door to check on what was in it. It would keep spinning. Please be careful if you have small children around it. I called owner but no one answered me for a day and a half. It was a horrible stay. Beds are awful. Towels had hair left in them. Coffee table was broken and every time the kids leaned in it a piece would fall off. Tv stand in living room was also broken. BEWARE and don’t stay here.

To be honest - many of the things that you raise we've never heard from any other guests who have stayed there. We apologize if the clean wasn't done to your standard and we will check and repair any faulty items that you raised in your review. As for your problem with communication, we understand that the guest service team at our office were under-staffed due to illness that weekend and so calls did go unanswered, for which we apologize.

Very comfortable stay.

The property had what we expected and much of what we needed. The wifi was erratic - it came in and out. Overall we were satisfied.
