Nantucket style beach house. I worked very closely with a professional designer and put a lot of time, thought and love in to decorate my home to make it updated and beautiful. From the imported teal colored sea glass kitchen drawer and cabinet pulls and knobs to the custom Hunter Douglas window treatments (including a remote controlled sheer blind over the kitchen sink) to the walk in pantry with many storage shelves.. to the beautiful crystal chandeliers with dimmer switches to enjoy a spectacular soft ambiance at night. A short walk to private Blue Fish Cove Beach. Entertaining is a breeze in this open floor plan which includes renovated kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, new stainless steel appliances and dining area. Just off the living room is the light filled 3 season sun room/wet bar complete with high top bar to relax and entertain with a wall mounted big screen tv and the most comfortable leather sectional couch. Entire first floor and backyard has a built in overhead sound system for the appropriate mood setting. The second floor offers three generous bedrooms including the master bedroom and second bedroom with attached decks to enjoy the salty ocean breeze and views. There is carpet throughout the second floor, a full bath, newly renovated with a beautiful tiled shower. An oversized paved patio overlooks the private, fenced in backyard. Enjoy beautiful evenings with family and friends gathered at the table or fire pit this summer. This home also offers central, and an outdoor hot shower. All of this just minutes to enjoy Harbor Park (with a sitting and picnic area and beautiful view of the harbor as well as walking trails), Peter Igo recreation area (with tennis courts, bocce, beach volleyball and other fun family activities), restaurants and more. Closest beach is Blue Fish Cove which is about a 5 minute walk. Fieldstone, Brant Rock, (where last year dozens of whales were seen hanging out just off the beach.l) Green Harbor and Sunrise Beaches are all a few minutes drive or bike ride away.

This house has it all!

Our extended family had an amazing week! The house was fully stocked, immaculate, and convenient to restaurants and shops. Great to come home from the beach to the A/C and three showers! Loved drinking morning tea and working outside on the upstairs deck. The welcome basket and wine was loved by all. We will definitely return.

This house is as described, absolutely lovely home with great views from the upstairs balcony. The neighborhood is quiet but easy walking distance to restaurants. Not easy to access a beach but otherwise perfect getaway, would definitely recommend.

Pristine Cottage

We absolutely loved the cottage. The beds were a dream. Balconies were awesome, and the first fooor living areas were efficient and comfortable. Pamela was extremely welcoming, and communicative, and at the same time gave us our privacy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Making Memories Again

My family and I were thrilled to find this listing when searching for a rental in the area to share a vacation with our loved ones. Pam was so awesome, easy to communicate with, answered all our questions and made the process easy! This was actually my first time renting via VRBO and it was great. The house is AWESOME. It is clean, modern, has space for everyone. We had me and my husband, our 5 year old and 2.5 year old and my parents and we were extremely comfortable in the space. The layout is conducive to conversation, relaxing, great dinners shared at the big dining table and games!! We are grateful to have spent the week in such a beautiful home. Highly recommend this property!!

Fun at the beach

This was a great place to spend a month at the beach. The location was fabulous -just a short walk to a beach and restaurants. A bigger beach is just a short drive away. Plus there was plenty of parking for our family and guests. The house was clean and had everything necessary to have a relaxing vacation. There were lots of beach towels and beach chairs plus bicycles for anyone that wanted to ride. There were even fishing poles for those that fish! Also, the beds were comfortable and linens were provided. I would definitely recommend this home as a destination for a beach vacation.

Great vacation!

We had such a great time here! The house is so beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We played golf and enjoyed the beaches. We especially frequented Blue Fish Cove which is a five minute walk. We ate fabulous dinners out- Bridgewaye, Haddads, The Point, etc - so many great restaurants nearby. Kids liked getting breakfast at the Hop around the corner. We took many walks and truly relaxed. There were so many things to do for everyone in our group. My favorite thing was smelling the salt air and feeling the ocean breeze off the mbr deck, especially while sleeping at night with the sound of the waves in the distance. The area was very quiet and the locals friendly. We enjoyed mornings on the beautiful patio. Pamela was so kind and very responsive. She thought of everything. Lots of pride in ownership. This was a real vacation! Would love to return!

Relaxing week with Ocean Breezes

We had a great week in Marshfield and the owner couldnā€™t have been more attentive. The house was clean, bright, airy and very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax together inside and out. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and great bakeries. The master bed room is spacious and it was great to sit out on the balcony in the afternoon.

Perfect vacation home

What a beautiful home, we loved every minute of our vacation. The location was wonderful, the amenities were excellent! We smelled the ocean air from the moment we arrived, and could hear the waves crashing on the shore in the evening. The house was exactly as described and was wonderful, everything was provided. We took long bike rides, walks, and then could drive 5 minutes to easily accessible beaches. The entire Marshfield area is lovely, we quickly decided that we hope to become repeat renters! Thank you!

I'm a single mom of two young adults. Rented last summer so that I could share my beautiful home with out of town guests as well as use the extra income to help my daughter with her last couple years of college in Colorado.

I have several friends with homes in the 'high rental areas'. (meaning mostly summer rentals with high turn around) I chose to buy this house at this location because it has the best of both worlds. (Most of the people on my street live here year round so it is quite serene.) It is close to the beaches but doesn't have the hustle bustle, with loud parties that many of the houses have. You can walk to the private Blue Fish Cove beach down the street, or take a quick drive or bike ride to Brant Rock Beach, Green Harbor Beach, Sunrise Beach, Rexhame Beach or Hummock Beach. We have privacy as well unlike most of the other high rental areas. The back yard is delightful. Fenced in..paved patio with small lawn, outdoor hot shower, dining area and lounging area with a fire pit. Private parking allows 4 cars in the driveway. Sliders with attached decks off of two of the bedrooms allowing for an ocean breeze and perfect spot to have coffee in the morning.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Private back yard - which if you live around here you really appreciate. You can sit out back in your pajamas and drink coffee and not have 6 other houses all looking at you. Great for backyard BBQs and sitting out at the fire pit. Outdoor hot shower. Central air, overhead sound system with speakers on entire first floor as well as back yard. (just don't blast the music too loud - it's a quiet street) Sunroom/bar room has everything you need to entertain. built in fridge, sink, crystal stem ware, blender, bar tools. Wall mounted TV and reclining couch. Open the windows and sliders for a glorious ocean breeze. (my favorite thing about the house) Listening to the waves crashing at night will lull you to sleep in no time. I also enjoy sitting on the rocking adirondack chairs on the deck off of the master bedroom to have a glass of wine and watch the spectacular sunsets.
