An absolutely beautiful home. Easy communication with the host and we were easily able to fit our large group in the home. Rooms were clean and spacious and we definitely took advantage of the pool and hot tub in the backyard.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and overall functionality of the house. We apologize that certain aspects of the unit did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments regarding cleanliness was reported to us as one item needing attention. The icemaker in the downstairs suite had been turned off by prior guests and was completely cleaned and put back into service. The kitchen supplies adequate for vacation rental cooking are restocked regularly, and have been shared with our team and are being addressed as part of our ongoing improvements to the property. Regarding the hot tub, your report about a temporary outages was addressed as quickly as possible and was working 5 of your 7 days here. Also a new hot tub and cover is on order and should be installed in a few weeks. . We appreciate you staying with us and value your feedback as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

We are a family of 12; 8 adults and 4 small children (4 yrs- 10 weeks) location to the beach was great! Directly across from an access and much less crowded. 2nd and 3rd level beach view were pretty. Private pool (for 7 units) in the backyard was a plus! House was very spacious and had plenty of room BUT, had a flight of 19 steps to each level (3). We used coolers to block access to the stair from the littles. Having a garage was nice and kept a lot of sand out of the house. Would certainly recommend for a large family.

Hot tub had to be drained, cover too dirty to put back on, only got up to 91 degrees. Pool not cleaned until midway during our stay.

A new hot tub has been ordered. We told the guests that the cover was fine to use and they saw that reading on the first day and it was 100 degrees 2 days later but they never used it. The pool is maintained by the Homeowners Association It was cleaned the Friday before these guests checked in but there was a storm that blew blew a lot of leaves and other debris into th pool That same day and the regular professional pool cleaning schdule was on the following Tuesday.

Wonderful place

This place is absolutely perfect it smelled so good when we walked in everything was perfectly clean and beautiful its loaded with every single thing you need while you are there was 12 of us infant -65 and we all had a space alot of closets enough room for all you cant hear the neighbors thd pool and hot tub were great the walk right across the road to the beach was great no traffic i could go on and on this is one perfect place to be!

Great family vacation

Perfect for large family vacation

Very beautiful home and Perfect for our Large family vacation. Great location and beach was not crowded which was very nice and just a short walk from the house. Would stay here again in a heart beat !! ❤️

To clarify your post so others are not confused the property is located on West Panama City Beach also called Sunnyside and your reference to "Emerald Shores" is your own description and not where the property is located. Thanks again and please come back again next winter.

Family Vacation 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. A week to remember!

A very nice community and an awesome rental. It is apparent the owner is committed to ensuring guests of every age have a memorable experience. Scheduling and the check-in/check-out process were great. I was informed about everything I needed to know in advance of my stay. Looking forward to the time when we can do it all over again!

Holiday Stay
