Located next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Outdoor Water Park). If your timing is right, you can view a SpaceX launch from the balconies. We offer you all you'll need for that perfect beach vacation. Our remodeled condo is located on the southeast corner of the 5th floor with inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet---beyond you there is nothing but dunes, beach and sea. As soon as you walk in the door of this condo you'll feel right at home in the tropics. The living/dining area, as well as the master suite has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows with the most breath-taking view. Waking up after a restful sleep in the plush king-size bed to a magnificent sunrise, it just doesn't get any better than that!!! There is also a large flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combination. A second bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat screen TV and a sitting area. There is also a coffee station which includes a Keurig coffee maker. There are floor-to-ceiling windows/sliding glass doors to a small deck overlooking the southern view of the island, including the jetties. The third bedroom has two twin size beds, a flat screen TV, and a floor-to-ceiling window. Both these guest bedrooms share the second bathroom which has granite-topped vanity and a tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have their own dressers and closets. Additionally, we have a Pack-N-Play with sheets and mattress pads for your little one's comfort. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started, even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen has a new range, new microwave, new dishwasher, new refrigerator with ice-maker. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, herbs and spices, as well as several other small appliances to enhance your cooking pleasure. Paper towels and trash bags are also supplied along with some cleaning products to get you started. Additionally, laundry products are supplied to get you started for use in the new full-size stackable washer and dryer located inside the condo. To increase your vacation pleasure, there are 4 flat screen TVs (Spectrum Cable), a DVD player, a library of DVDs and each bedroom has its own clock radio. Free password protected Wi-Fi is provided. The condo is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan in each of the three bedrooms. For your beach time pleasure we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and boogie boards. The well maintained gated Sea Vista complex has beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools and hot tubs, two tennis courts, secure, on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. As a visitor to Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located near by, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd., near the entrance to the county park. Relax and enjoy your vacation.
