Lazy Dayz allows you to relax while enjoying the sunshine and the salty air.

Upstairs boasting a well designed kitchen, lounge and separate dining room. Grand master bedroom, bathroom and guest bedroom. Down stairs comprises of a third bedroom with a self contained living area. Access to to downstairs is via external stairs
The set up for this property is ideal for dual family holidays.
Large timber balcony overlooking the partial fenced back yard with stunning ocean views.
Less than 200 metres to Black Head Bowling Club and an easy stroll down the hill to Black Head Beach and Pool.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking.

*Linen is provided- *Please ensure if you choose to book this property, that the correct amount of guests are included as linen will only be provided for guests confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: Linen for bunk beds will be supplied but top & bottom bunks will NOT be made up.*

The house was ina great location, clean and lovely for our holiday. Would have been great if the deck had a roof over it. We like to do our own cooking and the kitchen was well kitted out for our stay. Loved the books and puzzles. A very enjoyable stay.

It's a beautiful spot, the house is roomy & comfortable, You can see the ocean from the deck & go to sleep at night with the sound of the ocean.The kitchen appears to be newly renovated & the bed was comdortable.lovely walks nearby, headlands & beaches.

Relaxing family break

A well situated cottage, nice walks nearby. Average beaches for swimming. House reasonably clean, though downstairs area very musty and required a clean out before use. Well equipped kitchen, dining, lounge. A bit more updating to cleaning resources might result in ease of tidy up for guests at end. Quiet, safe, peaceful area.

Only thing lacking is no WiFi or smart TV but otherwise a well set house with lots of charm and nice classic beach house touches, a very enjoyable place to stay.

Lazy Dayz

We stayed here for three days, the place was quite dusty with cobwebs and spiders in most of the corners. We also didn't have a key for the windows, and couldn't open the door from the bedroom to the deck, which on a hot day was a little disappointing! The space itself was very roomy for the 7 of us, and the additional flat was perfect space wise, again the cleanliness was lacking. Overall the location was perfect for our family and we definitely had a relaxing time, the property was decent for the price paid, and we'd probably visit again

On arrival the property was clean & tidy and has a lovely view & we enjoyed a lovely meal at the bowling club just across the road. Exterior stairs could use a light!Customer service from the agency was good and prompt.

A Charming Cottage needing some maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We appreciated the air conditioning unit, especially in the hot humid weather. Some aspects need attention. A hole in the guttering outside the main bedroom caused a lot of water pooling on the deck. Possums were getting into the downstairs bedroom ceiling and disrupted sleep for our family. Some of the cotton blankets look very worn and marked. The fans downstairs are very rusted and especially the smaller one is inefficient. This made sleeping difficult on hot nights. The upstairs fridge is the one that's mainly used because it is in the kitchen. It is very frustrating to use. Obviously the downstairs one is a good fridge. It would be better placed upstairs, by altering the fridge cabinet. We appreciate the cottage is older and has been renovated somewhat. These are details that would make a difference to our stay and we are long time annual tenants.

The condition of the guttering will need to be addressed and replaced, leaking onto the deck and below accommodation area.

Great open living area with wonderful big sunny deck. No view but lovely aspect. Nice green, well maintained backyard. Main bedroom so big, light and airy. And all the furnishings are good quality and well looked after. It's just a lovely little house that is lovely to be in and we can't wait to come back.

Lovely place but dirty

As a group we have stayed at Lazy Dayz a couple of times and it has always been lovely. Unfortunately this time the downstairs flat was very dirty. The floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. The bathroom was filthy. Old toothpaste marks in the sink and the shower was very dirty. Everywhere was dusty with cobwebs. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Upstairs was much cleaner although could’ve done with a good clean also. We will definitely stay again just hope it’s cleaner next time.
