Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. We apologise for the hot water disruption, however once the issue was reported, we arranged for the system to be replaced the same day to minimise inconvenience. We also understand how frustrating the power outage would have been, though this was unfortunately outside of our control. For clarity, the property does include a second bathroom located downstairs, which has both a toilet and shower. We’re sorry if this wasn’t clear or didn’t meet your expectations. We also take your comments regarding storage and space on board. In regard to Wi-Fi, the property is not advertised as including this amenity, though we understand this may have impacted your stay. We do appreciate your positive note about the kitchen facilities and that you were able to enjoy the beautiful weather and explore the area.
