This is a new built villa in casa linda with lots of upgrades like heated pool salt water, sun/privacy shades and rain awning, we have pool floats and coolers both large and small for the beach and travel. There is a wet bar and fridge snorkel gear for use. We are located on a nice corner lot for more privacy very cozy here, there is a free shuttle to the beach, caberette, and supermarket, also there is a walking path very picturesque for exercise,a gym and water park with swimup bar and bbq to open soon. There is a bar and restaurant within walkind distance and they deliver great food and pizza also a minimarket that delivers,snacks beer, a great location 7 mins from the beach 15 to cabetette. We also have a mini wifi you can take out with you to the beach or where ever. All comforts of home just please treat it like your own. Make yourself at home here . Also have a 7 passenger car for rent 40 us a day Nissan pathfinder. free pickup at airport also. Taxes Included in my rates

Great property for couples

Great property for couples. The house is well appointed. Great pool area for entertainment. The property well maintained. I look forward to staying again. The host was always prompt and very courteous.

Carls place is above and beyond. Tastefully decorated.

Great place.ive stayed at casa linda through airbnb a few times.this is way better communication and check in.i took taxi due to previous over priced taxis casa linda provided.jose was wait for my call.he welcomed me.showed me all i needed.always available. Carls place is wonderful.pool bar area is where i spent most waking hours.he was also in contact throughout my trip.security donald at front gate was very polite and helpful. Thanks for having me

Paradise at the Villa Tiki Bar

The villa is very nice and clean. Very well equipped. Everything is new. The heated pool was greatly appreciated. Water always at the right temperature. Nice outdoor living space with a bar, BBQ and refrigerator. Jose on site was very polite and helpful. The surrounding of this site is clean and very secure. The owner made sure that I was having a nice vacation. I will be back as soon as possible.

I enjoy my stay the owner communicated with me before during and after my stay. Five Star

I would definitely recommend staying here. Jose the caretaker was friendly and helpful about getting information for Covid testing and local places to visit.

Carl, the host, and Jose, the caretaker, were the greatest. I have travelled many times to Sosua, and this by far has been the greatest accommodations. Will definitely be back and also refer other clients.

I had a great time at Carl's villa. I would definitely stay here again as it's a nice cozy spot tucked away on a nice small block. Very quiet and just what I needed. I would definitely recommend this villa to all of my friends.

October 2019

I could not find anything that I needed that was not in the villa. The kitchen was very well equipped. With sharp knives. Most in the DR will not cut a lime. Even had good trash bags from the states, paper towels and cleaning supplies. As you can see in Carl photos the pool is small. But very private liked I wanted and clean. I did have to ask for Jose to start the LP Gas pool heater. The water was just a little colder than I liked. But warmed right up. In the rear of the villa is the gas water heater for the inside and the LP gas tank . Both very large for the DR. And the gas tank was full. Not like some other villas I rented before in the DR. Small and half empty. Jose sent me Whatsapp messages , asking if everything was fine. After he turned on the pool heater. My reply was everything is good. So he was not in and out checking on the place and cutting into my privacy. I enjoyed my stay at Carl villa.

"Welcome to Paradise"

The villa was beautiful we had a great time. Supermarket only 5min away. Top security Will be back soon we didn't wanna leave....jose the driver is now apart of my family. Karl your the best One love!

I can tell that the owner, Carl has put his heart into the villa. everything I needed was there and he offered airport pickup. The maintenance guy Jose was top notch, took care of anything I requested. the cleaning woman was super nice. I would definitely stay here again

My best stay ever

This was my best stay ever since I been going to DR. Villa owner and host were great. They checked on me to see that everything was perfect. The villa was great especially salt water heated pool. It felt like my own home. Everything was perfect. No complains at al. GREAT VACATION.
