This newly remodeled 4-bedroom, oceanfront condo at Crescent Shores offers spacious living and breathtaking ocean views. Relax on your private balcony, take a dip in the oceanfront pool, or enjoy the lazy river and indoor pool. Ideal for families, golf trips, or romantic getaways, this condo offers modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. It's the perfect spot for a beachside retreat with everything you need right at your fingertips.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the condo, including all bedrooms, the living area, the kitchen, and the private oceanfront balcony. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is provided, with parking passes required. Guests can enjoy all the resort amenities, including the oceanfront pool, kiddie pools, lazy river, and indoor pool.

Other Things to Note:
• Age Limit: You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
• Driver's License & Rental Agreement: Guests must provide a copy of their driver's license and sign the Affordable Large Properties rental agreement to complete the booking.
• No Rentals to Locals: We do not rent to locals.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the unit. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• No House Parties: This is a family-friendly property, and house parties are not permitted.
• No Motorcycles, Trailers, or Golf Carts: These are not allowed on the property.
• Parking: Parking for up to 4 vehicles is provided, with parking passes that must be displayed at all times.

Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel free to reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

Nice condo on the beach with two pools and a lazy river. The condo unit was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The parking garage is across the street and not attached to the condo building at all. This is the weak point of this property. *You have to walk to the corner to cross “legally” but no one did that.*The parking garage is very tight, keep that in mind if you have a larger vehicle.*There is one elevator in the parking garage and it is slow and gets backed up at busy times like Saturdays for checking in/out. Definitely a great choice for your stay, just keep the parking garage situation in mind when deciding.

Great location

1st off the location of the condo is perfect!!! It’s a corner on the 11th floor…perfect views…the space in it was perfect for two families of 4, plenty of space for everyone. That’s the good…..the bad…..the master bedroom has a severe cat pee smell in it, when we first walked in the condo we could smell it, could also smell smoke in the bedroom with a queen bed, I texted the member and someone showed up from housekeeping about 2 hours later, sprayed some stuff on the carpet in both rooms and left, it worked for a little bit but the smell came back, we bought spray from the store and sprayed every couple of hours the whole week we were there to cover up the smell….the cleanness of the condo before we arrived definitely could have been better, we found toys and shoes assuming from the previous people that stayed in it. Found them in the bedroom with the two full beds that adjoined the jack n Jill bathroom. There was sand all on the kitchen floor that we swept up upon arriving. The door that leads to furnace was covered with dust, we wiped it down the evening we arrived. The next couple of things is a personal preference….the master bedroom bed is hard as a rock, again some people like a hard stiff bed mattress, but me personally I do not. The bed spreads in all the bedrooms could use an upgrade, they were hard and stiff as a board…again just a preference…I’ll close with a positive….the location of the condo, corner condo, plenty of room for 8!!!!

The condo was excellent. Love the updates. The Condo was clean. The Ocean view was amazing. I would highly recommend this unit S1112. My only complaint is the “owner” controlled the thermostat. This wasn’t a problem until during the night it would change to 75 from 1:30 to 4:30 a.m. I text the host after the first night and they said they’d contact the owner. It was corrected but then the last two nights it was changed back. This is the reason behind the 4 star rating & not a 5 star.

Crescent Shores Rental

The accommodations were satisfactory for our group size. One bedroom TV was not working and we were advised that maintenance would promptly resolve the issue but they never did.Apartment could use some updates, otherwise the condo was a good fit. The beach views from the balcony were amazing. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great. It felt like it was our home for the week. The view from the balcony was amazing. Everywhere we went was close by. I would stay there again. They even have a parking garage so you dont have to pay to park.

Great ocean front Condo

Ocean front condo very clean. 2 bedrooms shares one bathroom. For those who are heavy coffee drinkers, we brought our own Kureg machine. There isn’t a lot of coffee cups as there were 7 in our group that drank coffee. We also brought our crockpot. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We plan on coming back.

North Myrtle Beach Family Vacation

Everything was great! The nearby mini-mart, souvenir shop, restaurant and ice cream shop/grill was wonderful! We utilized each several times. The pool was a bit over crowded, but that is to be expected. Wish there had been a storage area available for our beach chairs, etc.

Great beach access

We had a wonderful family vacation. The beach access was great, the pool was nice as well. One small issue was a smell in the main bedroom, possibly dog or cat urine? The property was as advertised, lots of room for our family. We also enjoyed the balcony.

Fun Family Time!

We had a wonderful time in this unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, bowls and dishes. Fridge was big enough to store food and drinks for my family. Plenty of linens. The only small issue we had was the sliding door to the balcony was not easy to slide. All in all it was a great time. Thanks

Wonderful vacation!

My husband, two daughters, son-in-law, grandson (20 yo), granddaughter (10 yo) and myself stayed at Crescent Shores for five nights. We all had a wonderful vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots to do. I’m not much for being in the sand and sun but thoroughly enjoying sitting on the balcony right on the ocean. We all agreed we would do it again!

The condo could have been cleaner we found empty water bottles on floor on living room in plan site

Renting was easy. But cleaning fee was too high because we had to do some cleaning when we arrived. There also should be some updating on bedspread ours had some holes in it and place could use some repair one bedroom had a hole in the wall and mold in bathroom.

Disappointed

We stayed at this same property and same condo 2 years ago and enjoyed it. Complete opposite this time. The condo was dirty. I had to clean the light switches and baseboards which I’m pretty sure had not been cleaned for weeks. One bedroom had bugs in it which was disgusting. I contacted the office and maintenance never came. The master bedroom has hardly any light making it very difficult to see anything. We found a dirty sock from a previous renter in the master bedroom closet… not sure how long that been there but that’s disgusting and shows that the condo was not cleaned. With as much money as you pay for a week, you expect a clean condo and to not have any issues. If you are staying at this property, DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE IN YOU CAR! We had 2 sets of golf clubs stolen from our locked vehicle in the garage. Only cameras are at the entrance and the stairwells… not helpful at all. Very disappointing with the condo and we will not be staying at this property again.

It was okay!

There were definitely issues with cleaning and broken stuff in the unit but they did come and fix what needed to be fixed somewhat. The beds need to be replaced all our backs were killing us. The view is nice from the balcony. Don’t forget to wear your wristbands!…..I think we should be refunded for some of our issues we had to text about more than once!….however, besides the cleaning and broken items my family had a great time!….I think we would stay again if we were guaranteed a better unit and not on the 11th floor!

Needs Major Cleaning

While this condo is perfectly located and accomidates large groups it is in need of a MAJOR cleaning. The curtain on sliding glass door, sofa, love seat, shower & carpets all need a deep clean. There were things found in the unit that should have been found by the cleaning company. A pill was found next to the bed. A nurse in my group said it was ADHD meds. Thankfully there were no young children in our group who could have found the pill. The master shower had mold and mildew around the base. The water in the jack & jill bathroom took an extremely long time to warm up. The unit would be great once it's given a deep, deep cleaning.

Family Beach Vacay

This unit was in a great location right on the beach with many dining options a short drive away. The unit was spacious - big enough for our party of 6 adults and 3 kids - and clean (except for the furnace closet). It was great having laundry access right in the unit! One drawback was the spotty wi-fi. It didn’t work well most of the time.

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay and we’re thankful for all the space we had for our teen and adult children to spread out. The unit is very nice, bring and has great views all throughout. We were disappointed that we did not have access to the outside storage room. I understand the owners need to store their items, but with beach gear for 10 people, it would’ve been much nicer (and less sandy!) to leave it outside in the storage closet rather than having to drag it all the way to the balcony every day. Also, it’s hard to have so many people and only get 2 parking passes. We had to leave my daughter’s car at a shopping center a few miles away and take time from our trip to go check on it every day. And, we had to go to the store the first night to buy Clorox spray to clean the shower curtain in one bathroom (there was no liner so the actual cloth shower curtain had to be left in the tub, getting soaked with each shower) and the shower in the master bathroom had mold as well. Other then that, the unit was cleaned well before our arrival. I’m not sure the staff at the resort checks on the upper floors at all throughout the week. There was a broken chair that someone left by the trash shoot and a bag of linens that never were picked up the entire week right in front of the condo’s front door from the time we arrived until we left. All the things I’ve mentioned were minor and would not prevent us from returning, but I just thought the owners would want to know.

Great stay

Very spacious and comfortable for the 8 of us. Loved the lay out and the large balcony. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Garbage disposal wasn’t working and had a quick response to my text and maintenance was there within minutes. Great location for us! Would definitely rent this again.

Triplets Senior Trip 2021

Well not as warm as we hoped this time of the year but made due. The unit was spacious and mainly clean. It had a great view and pretty quiet. Close proximity to a souvenir store, bar/restaurant and Ice Cream Shop which made it nice. The building is older and needs some updates but didn’t keep us from having a good time. Although, a little disappointed that the indoor pool was not open due to the outside glass being broken by someone.
