The condo has a dining room to seat 6 and 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully furnished with a functional kitchen including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender and kitchenware. The kitchen has been recently updated in 2022 with custom cabinets and beautiful beachy quartz countertops. Both bathrooms have been updated with new vanities and bright quartz countertops. This unit comes with free cable and WIFI, washer/dryer in unit and items for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys and fishing poles.

Enjoy the beaches of Manasota Key and the views of Lemon Bay. This unit also has 26 boat slips. Don’t have your own boat? Take advantage of the many local boat rental or water sport rental options. You can also take advantage of great fishing on Lemon Bay. Enjoy collecting seashells and sharks teeth or walk across the street to the gulf and see one of the amazing sunsets.
