Looking for a comfortable, affordable and convenient location in Breckenridge? This condo is a great year-round choice! In the winter, you can walk Gold Run Nordic Center for some cross-country skiing or take the Breck Free Ride to the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. In the summer, hop on your bike or lace up your hiking boots and hit the miles of great trails right outside your door, including the popular Peaks Trail. You and your group will love it!

Peak 8 Village Hideaway Condo has an inviting, open floor plan. You’ll enjoy lounging in the cozy living area with a 50-inch flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. The full kitchen has been nicely updated with granite counters and new appliances and features a huge granite bar that seats eight. Step out on the deck for a cup of coffee or a well-deserved glass of wine after skiing or throw some steaks on the gas grill.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities and a private ski locker. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great Location for Skiers

Short walk to shuttle stop with very short route to Peak 7 and 8. Condo was very clean and well supplied. Communication was great. Glad we had 4WD for parking and getting in/out.

very relaxing experience

Property was very well furnished with utensils, coffee cups and baking pans. Just a short walk to the free bus shuttle even with our ski boots it was an easy walk. Thanks

Good stay

Place was great and they communicated well. We were able to check in 4 hours early which was incredibly convenient. I wish they’d update the place though. It needs it. But overall, good place and had everything we needed.

Great location nice layout, fully equipped

This condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and bowls and plates you needed. The bathrooms had tissue paper, toilet paper lot of towels If I had to complain, I didn’t find that the beds were comfortable maybe a bed topper would help with that. Other than that the location was wonderful and easy to get to the slopes.

Nice location. One the surface is nice, kitchen had all we needed for home meals and dining as a group. It’s little hike from lot to unit, but path was cleared. Ski locker was nice, but ended up leaving all equipment in vehicles. Beds not comfortable, but we were to bed late and up early every day. Everyone complained of showers. Some electrical switch’s didn’t work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in and check out were fast and convenient. The condo was organized and clean. Beds were very comfortable - kids loved the full sized bunks. The location was super convenient for the price - 3 minute free ride bus to Peaks 7 and 8 and the Gondola. Customer service was excellent. Our only complaint would be that a few things were broken - bar chair legs were wobbly, sink disposal was broken (so the sink was pretty nasty after our first meal until we reached in and cleaned it out), grill was dirty so we didn't use it, and the toaster only toasted 2 instead of 4. The TV doesn't have DVR, but we weren't there to watch TV - it would've been nice to record March Madness while we were out, though. The bar is set up very creatively (bar stools on both sides) for a comfortable dining area for 8. The furnishing makes the most of the small space.

Location was good with easy access to the ski shuttle bus and only 5 min driving time from the village. The condo was also very decent and meet expectations as advertised. Checking in was a bit of an issue with poor instructions how to find the property and the lock was stuck before finally being able to get in. In addition no one was picking the line to offer some help while we were trying to figure things by ourselves.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I expect this to be an expensive stay because it is Breckenridge, but not $5200 for this older property for five nights. The bathroom ceiling leaked water from the upstairs unit, and the kitchen track lights flickered throughout the stay. They did come to attempt to fix it immediately, but a couple of days later, it was leaking again. It states it fits eight people but barely has enough room for six; there were four adults and two kids. I will say that the property management was very nice and did try to fix the leaking ceiling as soon as possible. I also noticed other properties' parking lots were plowed, but this property was never cleaned of the snow and ice.

Not a good experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything in this property felt old and dingy. The furniture and bedding felt like this so it was hard to feel clean and comfortable in this condo. My family decided that it wasn’t going to work for us and we left a few hours after checking in. We called the Summit Mountain Rentals that night, they did not return our call. I dropped off the keys the next morning telling the employee our thoughts and she said a manager would reach out to us, nobody did. I emailed the company, no reply.

Nice place to stay.

The property was clean and stocked well. It is right on the shuttle route and very close to the free gondola at Peak 8. The only thing I didn't not realize is from the map it looked walking distance to town, but it was uphill from town and not walkable. The roads were well kept and safe to drive, plus the shuttle was available to us if we wanted to ride into town.

CLOSE to the base of peak 8, literally the last shuttle stop b4 the mountain, shuttle stop right outside the parking lot too! Beds were decent, only complaint was bunk bed was a lil wobbly, but nobody slept in upper bunk, so no worries. Kitchen track lighting would flicker occasionally, master shower is SMALL... Other than that, this place was heaven! We would stay here again in a heart beat!! Thanks for a great stay in a great condo. We will be back!!!!

My complaints were the sidewalks were not cleared well or the steps going up to the condo. Other than that the place was as described. Except the beds were as hard as a rock as did have the smell of pot through out the condo but they offered to send out a machine to clean the air.. we were not there enough to worry about it. The plus was there were plenty of places to hang your wet clothes and bootsand it was spacious and clean.

The only thing I would say negative about this place is it could use one more couch as it sleeps 8 but only lounges 4 having only a couch and a chair. If your party is not larger than 4 or 5, I would highly recommend this unit.
