Just a short walk through the park and onto the beach—this is as close to the beach as you can get! This ground-floor two-bedroom beachfront unit offers beautiful views of Trial Bay and is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach holiday.

Enjoy the best of coastal living in one of the east coast's prime locations. The unit is equipped with a TV, DVD player, microwave, and your own laundry with a washer and dryer. The brand-new bathroom, renovated in July 2021, adds a modern touch to the space.

Ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms keep the unit cool, and there’s a garage for your convenience.

This pet-friendly property allows one small dog (outside NSW school holidays) to stay, though pets must remain in the loungeroom area (not permitted in the bedrooms). Please note there is no fenced area outside.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
