Ideally located just two blocks from the no-drive, picturesque beaches of Wilbur-by-the-Sea, this meticulously maintained "home away from home" boasts a relaxed and beachy charm alongside the latest modern amenities.

When you pull into the private, 30-foot driveway featuring three car/pick-up parking spaces, you will notice the owners take great pride in the upkeep of every aspect of this home. Once you make your way past the lush, manicured front lawn patiently waiting to host a game of catch, kids and adults alike will be thrilled with the fully stocked garage filled with all sorts of beach toys and treasures, beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, bikes for all ages, a wagon, and a convenient beach cart. Open the front door and immediately take in the vibrant interior finished with beautiful colors and fabrics, natural textures and furnishings, and playful adornments and nautical details throughout--right away you just know it's the perfect home base for an incredible, memorable vacation.

Your family will love the open layout that still feels so warm and inviting thanks to a spacious living area featuring a 65" Smart TV and comfortable seating. Guests can log into their streaming accounts and enjoy their favorite shows during their stay; also, an extra cable is provided for Xbox and gaming devices to connect. The up-to-date kitchen comes fully equipped with new appliances, all the modern conveniences, and an expansive center island. A big farmhouse-style dining table just begs for everyone to gather around to recap the day's adventures. Quiet mornings and breezy evenings can be spent on the cozy, shaded porch with outside seating for six and your own BBQ grill. Don't feel like cooking? Stroll right across the street to the local marina, grab a picnic table, and dine at their casual indoor/outdoor Boondocks restaurant while taking in the boats swaying across the beautiful sunset. Don't forget to save some french fries for the thousands of catfish swarming the dock, just waiting for their next meal!

A total of three beautifully designed, immaculate bedrooms--along with a bonus room--accommodate up to eight guests. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom with access to an attached full bathroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom featuring an en-suite full bathroom. There is also a bonus room, perfect for kids, with an adorable trundle bed that is home to the beloved stuffed crab pet! In a pinch, the living room couch features a pull-out bed. In the backyard, you'll find a secluded outdoor shower and towel hooks to rinse off the beach sand under the tropical sun.

Seaside Hideaway is located in a quaint neighborhood in Wilbur-by-the-Sea, one of the only areas that does not allow high-rise condos or hotels, making it a quiet option away from all the hustle and bustle of the nearby beaches. Nestled along the coast of Port Orange between Ponce Inlet and Daytona, with the Halifax River to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east, your family can spend time exploring all that Ponce Inlet has to offer! Best known for being home to Florida's tallest lighthouse (the climb is totally doable, even for kids) and a marine science center with interactive exhibits, a boardwalk, observation tower, and nature trails, there is plenty for your family to enjoy...that is, if you can tear yourselves away from the beautiful beach!

The surrounding area also boasts excellent restaurants, and many bars and unique shops. Nearby Daytona Beach is world-famous for its beaches, the Daytona International Speedway, and snook fishing. In New Smyrna, the second oldest town in Florida, you'll discover quaint shops on historic Flagler Ave and friendly folks everywhere you go. New Smyrna is known as the Surfing Capital of Florida. Watch the locals, or join in the fun yourself! Port Orange is approximately 50 miles east of Orlando, situated approximately halfway between Daytona Beach (north) and New Smyrna Beach (south). You will be centrally located and can enjoy everything from Central Florida's amusement parks like Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios, to Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral.
