This Island Beach Condo is a Five Star, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, beach condo across the street from Indian Rocks Beach (IRB). A 2 1/2 minute walk from either the front or back door to gorgeous white powdery sand and the blue waters of the Gulf. IRB is a 3 mile stretch of beach which is located just a few miles south of Clearwater Beach (which has been rated the #1 beach in the US year after year), but IRB does not have any of the crazy touristy-ness of Clearwater Beach. Unlike Clearwater beach, which is a tourist destination, IRB is a residential community. There are no hotels located on the beach; it's a quiet island beach community, away from all of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to Clearwater if you want to hang out with the crowds. Wake up in this beautifully decorated beach condo and walk across the street to the beach and press your restart button, sit on the beach, take a dip in the ocean, collect shells, watch the birds and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.

After Hurricane Helen, we have completely updated our beach condo with a new kitchen, quartz counter tops, all new stainless appliances, new bathroom cabinet, new furniture, new mattresses, new window treatments, fresh linens & towels, professionally decorated and brand new LG Washer/Dryer Tower for your convenience. This is a ground floor (single level) corner unit, with a front and back door. The back door has an area to hang beach towels and leave beach equipment. There is also a small deck with 2 chairs and a table for having your morning coffee or afternoon drink. This single level beach condo in a quiet area, 5 blocks from the heart of downtown IRB.

Please be aware that by renting this property you agree to sign and return the rental agreement, to the host, The Rental Agreement also has a copy of the Beach Condo Rules. If you do not, your reservation can be cancelled by the host prior to your arrival.
