This beautiful condo can accommodate up to 6 people. Master bedroom with Queen bed and master bathroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Includes updated bathrooms a washer/dryer, wifi, cable, large flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom, TV in second room and an updated granite top fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the bay from the balcony and fish on the private pier. Just a few steps (4 houses ) before you are frolicking on beautiful, white sandy beaches and crystal clear blue waters.

Catch the free trolley if you don't feel like driving to downtown area just ten blocks away.

Close to a variety of great restaurants, boat rentals, Segway and bike rentals, grocery stores, shopping, miniature golf, movie theater, historic fishing village, and much more. Ideal location for a great vacation get away!

Location, location, location

Wonderful condo in a great location. Bay views from the balcony, one block to the beach, and short walk to either Bridge Street shops & restaurants or to Coquina Beach. Coastal bliss indeed!

Great spot, close to everything

Great property, uncluttered and comfortable. Faces east so the patio is shaded in the afternoon and evenings. Fishing close by.......and good food

Great location!

Great vacation vibes

Wonderful location with view of the bay and short walk to beach and Bridge Street. Relaxing way to begin your day by having coffee on the balcony. Only caveat would be the 28 steps to get up to the condo.

Perfect location for a family vacation

We absolutely loved the condo! The morning views of the bay were breathtaking and it was a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean and very well appointed. This was our first time to AMI and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Most relaxing vacation ever

Beautiful location. Short walk to the beach and found traffic very respectful when needing to cross the street. Construction crew was very thoughtful and notified when the road would need to be closed and provided alt. parking if needed. All in all great vacation with great friends

Wonderful stay

Just returned from a four night stay and wish we could've stayed longer. I visited with my husband and our 10 year old daughter, and the unit was a perfect home base for our trip. The location can't be beat - directly on the bay with sunrise views from the balcony (as well as occasional dolphins and egret), and just a one block walk to the beach. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. We spent our days on the beach and evenings fishing in the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and View

We enjoyed the location of the unit and the wonderful view of the bay from the deck. Had problems with the tv and air conditioning. Plus found the steps to be challenging.

Construction

We loved the place but could not enjoy our stay due to road construction to our condo and next door construction. Both were extremely loud which was not the owners fault but definitely dampened our vacation. We were hardly able to use our deck with the beautiful view.

Two bedroom condo on the bay.

Lovely, well equipped condo with a great location. Enjoyed the convenience of a washer, dryer & A/C. Large master bedroom. Would have been nice to have a king bed, maybe a little softer. Bed is hard. Husband liked it…not so much for me. Ended up on the couch a few nights b/c my back hurt. I should have just went & bought a topper. And, A/C blows noisily & hard when it kicks on in the master bed. This may not bother a lot of people. It’s like staying in a hotel room with inside A/C. Large, updated master shower. Very clean, very nice. Only enough hot water for one person at a time, every 1/2 hour. Not a big deal when we realized this. Just made sure we started our showers plenty early enough before going out so we could both enjoy hot water. Nice lanai with sliding glass doors. Was lovely to eat outside & watch the pelicans fly by! Church bells ring every hour starting at 8am. Loved it! Nice stay.

Perfect!

Our stay was better than expected! When booking I thought we needed to be on the Gulf side, but it was SO much nicer and quieter on the bay side. The traffic is pretty insane on Gulf Drive so we were very pleasantly surprised to enjoy the peace and quiet looking out over Sarasota Bay; you couldn't hear the road noise at all! If we'd chosen a property on Gulf Drive, I can't imagine sitting on the balcony looking at long lines of cars with the beach over the road. Our stay was amazing and we had more than we needed in the condo; laundry supplies, beach towels, comfy beach chairs (only thing missing was a beach umbrella, but we brought our own), cleaning supplies, TP, paper towels.. all the 'extra' things you don't want to pack or don't want to rush out an buy straight away. Did I mention spices for cooking? There was an amazing assortment of oils and spices available, previous guests for this property are very generous. We would stay here again for sure, it truly was perfect for our family of 6. Our 19yr old son slept on the sleeper sofa, and triplet 16yr old girls in the twin bedroom (we brought an air mattress). The condo itself was updated and beautifully decorated. Thoughts for our next visit: Fly down, uber from Sarasota. Rent bikes for getting around (much quicker than car, easy parking and there are no hills), possibly rent a golf cart. Buy a cheap beach umbrella when we get there. TO DO, walking distance from condo: Coretz beach market (Wed & Sun) was amazing Leffis Key Preserve - Opposite Cortez Beach, lovely walk, great fossilized shells Beach walks - lots of shells! Smooq House - killer sandwiches French Crepery breakfast on Bridge street AMOB - Anna Maria Oyster Bar - long wait, they do not take reservations. we walked down, put our names down and walked back to condo along beach while waiting. Great food. So much more to do than time to do it in! Great place, cannot wait to go back!

Nice property with a view!

This is a very nice property with a beautiful view of the bay and a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants near Bridge Street too! A very relaxing place to vacation.

Convenient condo

Location is excellent…walkable to beach, nature preserve & Bridge Street plus near trolley stop. Quiet and clean. Definitely get some exercise climbing the steps up to the condo but the bay view is worth it.

Terrific Stay in Bradenton Beach

We stayed a month here and we were very happy with our accommodations. The location of the condo is very convenient to restaurants, beaches and the outdoor market! The big draw though is the marvelous view of the water, watching the dolphins play and the birds come by to visit. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly to any concerns. It was difficult to leave here to return home.

My husband and I both vacationed at Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach since we were children. I was raised in Tampa and he was raised in Lakeland and we were very happy when we met many years later and realized we shared many memories as well as our love for these beaches. As much as we've travelled to beaches around the world, we think the beaches of Bradenton and Anna Maria match or even surpass the best Caribbean beaches. We hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we do!

My parents bought this condo when it was first built and although I was already an adult, I loved spending my vacations at this beautiful place year after year. My brother and I decided to invest in this property to keep it in the family and renovated it several years ago. We installed new floors, new kitchen counters with granite tops and updated paint, furniture and fixtures. Our parents don't get to use it very often now as they stay close to home, but or memories of our times there continue on with our children.

You can enjoy the beautiful water views while cooking in the kitchen, sitting down to eat in the dining area, watching TV in the living room or in the bedrooms. Also, you can enjoy hours of stunning views of Sarasota bay on the balcony sail boats gliding by, dolphins jumping in the bay waters, and the sky ever changing to a different, more beautiful view.
