Beautiful, well appointed home with fantastic views out the back, of the city lights and the mountains. This home sits on a short, cul-de-sac street, very private and quiet. It also has a 2.5 mile walking trail just behind it, that runs along the bluff, overlooking Corrales and the City and mountains. You will be in the heart of Rio Rancho, just blocks away from groceries, shopping and restaurants. Albuquerque and Corrales are just down the hill. The house is equipped with SmartTV's and WIFI. Open floor plan where the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are away from the master. This is our 4th home, we have other's in the area, please inquire. Long-term rentals are welcome. Regarding any PETS; we welcome all of your babies and travel companions with no extra fee. We just ask the parents be respectful for our home, furniture, and the next guest. Please DO NOT allow your pets on ANY furniture without covering it with a sheet. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR THIS. Pick the yard up before you depart. Always put your pet in its kennel before you leave. PLEASE BRING YOUR PETS KENNEL FOR THIS. And clean up any messes they've made. My cleaning people are instructed to call me, as soon as they get to a home, when they see evidence of a pet. Including an odor. We will take pictures, and there will be a $500 charge for breaking these rules. NO EXCEPTIONS
