The Space:

With only a 100m stroll to Shoal Bay Beach and its popular pier, this apartment is ideal for your next family holiday. Enjoy an afternoon drink or breakfast at Shoal Bay Country Club, hire stand up paddleboards, go parasailing over Shoal Bay Beach, walk up Tomaree Mountain or take in the afternoon with fish and chips on the beach – the activities in this location are endless, and there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy. You are within easy walking distance of everything Shoal Bay has to offer, and only 3.5km drive to Nelson Bay CBD where you can find cinemas, a large variety of cafés, restaurants and Woolworths.



The practical home-like layout offers free WIFI, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car spaces and an open plan living and dining area surrounded by glass sliding doors and multiple access doors out to the very generous wraparound alfresco area. The master suite has a king bed, built-in robe and an ensuite with combined spa bath and shower, and the 2nd bedroom offers 2 single beds. Both bedrooms boast balcony access, and the living area also features a day bed and trundle, allowing for 2 additional guests to come and stay. The main bathroom has a shower with separate bath and a toilet, and an internal laundry offers a washing machine and dryer. The property includes air conditioning.



Guests staying in the Breakwater Apartments have exclusive access to communal entertainment areas including the heated in-ground pool and the communal recreation room which offers a big TV and pool table.







Important Notes:

- Linen packs are provided for this property for the king bed and two single beds if you would like linen for the trundle and day bed please request when booking this would be at an additional cost. Please contact the office if you would like bed made for your arrival (charges will apply).

There are fans installed, and the sea breeze helps with airflow.
