This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage townhome beach villa located only steps to the beach. Over 1500 share feet of shear salt life. 2 spacious bedrooms with an open floor concept will make you feel as though your are in the islands. There is a balcony where you can relax after a day on the beach and surf. A large deck in the rear of the townhome where you can grill your favorite foods and spend quality family time without a care in the world. Spend a night in the master polynesian style bedroom after relaxing in the jacuzzi whirlpool bath. The guest bedroom is set up in Key West style theme. The entire townhome has been completely renovated with hardwood flooring throughout and has an open floor concept that allows the ability to have a great family vacation. Large farmhouse table has ample space for the entire family to have enough room for reconnecting and get away from life's challenges. Small pets are welcome as they are part of the family as well. Indialantic Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Lisa's townhome. It was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with all the necessities. In spite of the fact that we were looking for a place right on the beach, we were satisfied with this location. The beach was easily accessible with a crosswalk and flashing light to cross the street. It was s very nice beach and had a boardwalk which we enjoyed using. There were also restaurants and stores right by the beach. We recommend her townhome and would stay there again. Tom and Muriel

Lovely property

We spent a wonderful month in this lovely, well furnished condo. All we had to do was unpack, as Lisa had so many provisions there. A nice goodie basket was on the counter when we arrived. Our tiny dog liked the small fenced yard where she could sun her Chihuahua self. Thank you Lisa.

Best VRBO we've ever stayed at!

This is an amazing property literally steps to the beach! It even has a small view of the ocean from the front porch (which we spent many mornings and nights sitting on). We stayed at Lisa's townhome for 45 days while house hunting and closing on our home. We fell in love with the house and the neighborhood. Safe neighborhood to walk your dogs and let your kids run around. Right across the street from restaurants, coffee, a gym, and of course the beach! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved it so much we bought a house in the same neighborhood :) Thank you, Lisa, for letting us stay.

Really cute beach house, fully comfortable and stylish only few steps to the ocean

Lisa is a very responsive and nice host. She put a lot of passion and efforts in decorating the house. We loved every moment while we were here. I hope we will have a chance to come back again.

Beautiful property and convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhouse. It is very welcoming and fresh! Walking to the beach and our favorite gym was a daily activity. Great location for sunrises is the east, sunsets in the west, and golf in the middle! Perfect location!! A couple of negatives: Noise factor on A1A deterred us from sitting on the front porch. Pots and pans need replacing and were in limited supply. Upstairs bathroom sink needs attention.

Very comfortable home that is walking distance (1 to 3 blocks) of the beach, restaurants and shoppin

This is a beautiful beach side home that has wonderful ambiance. We got use to making the 1 block walk to the beach each morning. Many times we would walk up the beach to Starbucks to get a coffee or tea and take it home. There are some great local restaurants within 3 blocks and more. Perfect get away that we would go to again.

Perfect beachside retreat

Great price for this beachside condo! It is beautifully decorated and the location is really convenient. As a resident who lives nearby but not this close to the beach, I will say that this is a prime location that anyone in town will tell you is enviable- I don't really think there is any better. Walking distance to a really nice beach boardwalk, Starbucks, a locally famous pizza place, ice cream and more. We often do our sunrise beach walks from the nearby beach access (The Starbucks is open at 5am) and by doing that during the right seasons we see sea turtles, shooting stars, sharks feeding, and dolphins. The occasional odd objects, driftwood, beach nuts, sea glass all wash up near here, too. We liked the stunning wood floors, well-furnished living spaces, bedrooms each have their own full bath and having the garage to protect our car from the sea salt! Would definitely stay again and recommend to visitors, family and friends.

Perfect home away from home

Everything was wonderful.....the owners were very quick to reply to our reservation request and any questions we had prior to arriving at the property. Gaining entry into the home was exactly as instructed, no issues. The home itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated, the furniture was very nice and extremely comfortable (especially the big comfy couch). Both bedrooms were larger than expected and the bathrooms very beautiful and spacious. We loved having the outdoor space in the back on the lower level as well as the front balcony at the front of the house on the main level. We had four 15 year old girls who spent a lot of time relaxing outside after a long, hard day of training. We loved having use of the large 2 car garage, plenty of room to park our vehicle plus leave all of our shoes and extra gear in the garage so we didn't clutter the home entrance. Location was great, the beach just steps away and walking distance to Starbucks and restaurants. We loved having this place to call home for a whole month, it felt like home at the end of the day and would love to return to this property again. We will be returning to the area next year and we hope to be able to rent this same property again and I will book as soon as we know the dates. We all loved this house and couldn't have asked for better owners to deal with.
