Hi Kevin, Thanks for staying and leaving the property in excellent shape. We do put on the listings and all the paperwork we send out before checkin that linens and towels are not included. It is a Chatham thing however we do provide direct access to Cape Cod Linens which if you want will provide direct delivery and pickup. The good news is that price points are kept lower with if guests bring their own. Very Best,

Thanks for your review and stay. And hopefully the wedding went well with the great weather. The property was left in good shape which is very much appreciated. Many vacation rentals, whether through vrbo or airbnb also provide 3rd party linen options, which is listed prominently on the listing and on the follow up email and check in email. If a guest is in the pinch for some help on something missed during booking, precheck or even check-in we are happy to assist or have our vendors assist. It is sometimes challenging when it is a later evening and both listing or follow up documentation is not read. We do take any feedback and advice very seriously as we are 15 year vacation rental owners and want everyone to enjoy their own individual experiences anytime they come to Chatham and any of our properties especially. We are located in Chatham Main Street (google maps is spot on) and all the info is supplied on vrbo/airbnb listing and also our personal website. We also supply our direct cell and emails so please, if not going thru vrbo's secure mail servers, always feel free to reach out to us directly. Hi Shirley, We are glad you enjoyed your overall stay. Apologies for the dishwasher and as with many appliances when they go on the fritz the best we can do is call in a repair person as quickly as possible during these still unfortunate covid delays. Glad the washer functioned on the bottom with limited guests. Yes we are in town off main street which is active - the good news is there are always options in town and out of town as we have numerous properties in Chatham. You're welcomed back anytime!
