Very Disappointed
My wife and I were not listed as the primary renters, we had to contact the main office to get clearance to enter. I paid!! We had to wait 25 minutes to enter the house cause we were early, if we wanted to get approved I had to pay $56.00 to enter early. The BBQ ran out of gas while we were cooking supper, we were told they would bring a refill tomorrow, and our meat was half cooked. I was charged the $ for the refill. The rugs had a lot of dog hair, they were on our wet trunks when we put them down on the floor. Hand and finger prints all over the front door and the back sliding doors. Our pass wouldn’t work at the gate, tried many times, called the guard but no answer. Someone behind me used theirs. They made a mess when the garbage was picked up. Overall, it wasn’t clean, and very disappointed. Small pool, looked bigger in the ads. Party on the street at 12, 1:00 am, nobody there to quiet them down. There’s other things but an overall disappointment, location sucked going to and returning from Theme Parks, easily 1 to 2 hours bumper to bumper traffic. I can go on and on, wasn’t enjoyable.
