Villa Tortuga is a charming 3 bedroom, 2½ baths, and 1637 sq. townhome; with its own shared courtyard that boasts a heated swimming pool, lounging area and outdoor grills where you can enjoy the outdoor life of Southwest Florida. Open floor plan on the main living level with high ceilings reveal a living room with a large flat screen television which is serviced with cable and sports package. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the flatware, porcelain place settings, and cooking utensils and appliances, also there is a ½ bathroom. In the garage, you will find bikes, beach chairs, beach cart, pool toys and a gas grill on your way to the inner courtyard.

Second Living Level of Villa Tortuga is the Master Bedroom with king size bed with an En-suite Bathroom and 2 bedrooms 1 queen bed and 2 full beds and another bathroom the guest bedroom area can be closed off for privacy. Laundry and the computer desk at the top of the stairs.

The award-winning community of Paseo is just minutes from SW Florida International Airport (RSW), JetBlue Stadium and Hammonds Stadium as well as great shopping, dining and cultural venues. The Grand Plaza where the town center is located and you will find an English Style Pub, an Art Deco Movie Theater, a library and business center, an ice cream parlor which is a throwback to the 1950's, a state of the art gym with dance and Pilates studio and a full-service spa to pamper you after a day of tennis or pickleball. The Grand Plaza /Town Centers also offers a large free-form resort style pool with gardens, waterfalls, and many lounging areas to enjoy the days as they slowly drift by. This unit rents from the 1st of the month until the last day of the month during peak season month December - April off season it can rent any day of the month as long as it no less than 30 nights.

NOTE: The Paseo Community requires an ONLINE Lease application called Tenant Evaluation for rental approval on all adults 18 years old and older occupying the unit for the Term of the Lease. The Tenant Evaluation Application must be completed and submitted no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Tenant Evaluation fee $100 for single and $150 per married couple is paid online through Tenant Evaluation and not included in your reservation total this fee could be subject to change. The application code and instructions will be emailed to you upon booking along with the Royal Shell Sort Term Reservation Agreement Agreement. Visitors of the renter NOT staying for the Term of the lease, DO NOT have to complete the Tenant Evaluation, however they must be accompnied by the approved renter when using the facilites.
