Awesome family beachside retreat

Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (mid-March through October, as needed) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

This bright and cheery condo has all you'll need for your family to enjoy its beach stay in at-home comfort. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts both a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker. Both bathrooms have been tiled, with one having a gorgeous, walk-in shower.

Bender was helpful when there were issues with a large group of drunk adults with kids who were constantly running and screaming at all hours of the day and night. Aside from this group being a thorn in the side of most of the guests the whole week we had a great experience.

I enjoyed the family atmosphere, the amenities, and the location close to the beach. I would like to see the pool close an hour later than 10 pm. It is just not enough time after dinner to enjoy. The pool is usually the evening place to go.

Our rentals are always really nice and clean. Bender takes care of any issues immediately, not that there are issues. Gulf Shores is really growing but we always feel welcome and have a great time.

Our kids loved the heated pool and short walk to the beach.Our condo kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and we loved all of the games and beach reads that were available! My one complaint is that the living room furniture was a little worn and older. The couches had several stains and pilling. We ended up putting blankets over the cushions to make them more comfy.
