Horizons West #204 Stunning Beachfront Views on Siesta Key!

A stunning view of the Siesta Key beachfront, pool, and palm trees greets you as you open the front door to Unit 204. The newly remodeled apartment has a splendid new kitchen with gorgeous stainless steel appliances and an open breakfast bar enhancing the beach views from even the kitchen. The elegant dining area seats up to six guests.

Towards the beach is a comfortable living area with a soft leather couch and a love seat.
A relaxing recliner is in front of the beach views and a 65 inch smart high definition television. The living area is separated from the private lanai (balcony) by a floor to ceiling wall of sliding doors.

The lanai is spectacular with its views of the beach, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and garden views which are exactly what you have hoped for. Slide back the four center lanai windows that look out onto the best views that Siesta Key has to offer. On the lanai is a wall mounted 65 inch high definition television. You do not have to leave the lanai and beachfront views to watch your favorite shows or sports events. Just relax.

At the right end of the lanai are two large sliding glass doors off the master bedroom. You can see the beach and hear the waves from your king size bed. The master suite includes a private ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, plenty of storage space, a ceiling fan and a 55 inch wall mounted smart high definition television with Blu Ray. The resort style bathroom has high end features including a walk-in shower with an option overhead rain shower and custom vanity.

Back toward the front door and on the left is a hallway and entrance to the second bedroom. It is light and airy with both a queen size bed and a twin size bed, a ceiling fan, a plantation shutter covers the window, a double door wide closet with custom built in shelving and a chest of drawers.

At the end of the hall is the sparkling clean and new resort style second bathroom with a glass enclosed tub with shower. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms.

You have your own secure Comcast blast speed Wi-Fi system, upgraded Comcast high definition cable television including both the SEC and Big Ten sports channels. Land line telephones have free long distance calling in the United States and Canada. The unit has its own private washer and dryer. Wi-Fi access is available around both swimming pools. There is a Jacuzzi, access to five beach cabanas plus plenty of beach chairs and loungers. There are two separate BBQ grill areas on either side of the beachfront garden areas. You have your own reserved parking space in a covered carport. Accommodates 5 people.

Top Notch - all the way.

This is one of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in. Owner has spent the money to make it a luxury condo - extremely beautiful. Beach, location and amenities are awesome. Nancy and I just ordered a new couch and loveseat for the living area, three new bed frames, all new cookware and annual inspections of the stove, microwave, dishwasher, refriguator, and clothes washer and dryer. Nice views

We really enjoyed our time at Horizon West unit 204. The apartment is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There are beach toys, chairs, towels and a cabana for use. The only thing that bothered a bit was construction on both sides of the building and all those love bugs, but this has nothing to do with the owner or apartment. All in all se has a great time at Horizon West.

Thank you for staying with us in Unit 204 and are thrilled that you enjoyed your Siesta Key beachfront vacation. The love bugs are a short seasonal thing here in Florida and are not usually a issue. The construction will be over soon. Anyone one concerned should send us a message and we will gladly provide the status for the dates they are interested in staying. Yes, Unit 204 was completely remodeled into an open floor plan maximizing the beautiful full beach and water view from the kitchen, dining area , living area, master bedroom and lanai. This major construction was competed in February 2018 and all new furnishing were used to make this an ideal Siesta Key beachfront location. Yes, we are one of only a few Siesta Key rentals that provide complimentary sand chairs for those who want to sit on the beach with their feet in the water, beach toys and floats. These are in addition to the large beach chairs and loungers provided by the Horizons West complex. Yes, we provide full linens service for the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Yes, we are one of only a few Siesta Key rentals that provide beach towels for our guests and only ask our guests to run them through Unit 204's clothes washer and dryer before putting the beach towels back into the closet for the next guests as they depart. Yes, we provided dishwasher and laundry detergent for our guests. Yes, Bekke and his family we able to see the dolphins swim by as they sat on the Unit 204's lanai. Update 31 July 2018: The construction next door has reached a point where the exterior work is done and all exterior windows are installed. Their windows block the noise from the interior construction.

Superb !

Fabulous Condo with Outstanding Beachfront/Poolside Location In Exceptional “Horizons West Property” ! One of the best properties that we have ever stayed. The BEST vacation my husband and I have been on!

My husband and I go to a Florida beach every year (you cannot beat a Florida beach), but this was his first (my second) time at Siesta Key. The condo was exactly as pictured in the photos, in pristine condition and in such close proximity to the beach. The owner, Charley, is extremely accommodating and so many of the things we would have brought on our own he already had supplied. We rented bikes that were delivered to our condo and rode on the beach or around all the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods every morning. We can't wait to visit Siesta Key again and will for sure be making the right decision to stay in Horizons West.

Fantastic Beachfront Views and Apartment

Amazing views of the brilliant white sand beach and fantastic azure blue green water. Open the lanai windows and let the sounds of the waves and cool beach breezes into the apartment. This is an amazing place to stay. We ate breakfast on the lanai soaking in the view and thinking how lucky we were to find this place. Lunch by the pool or in the breezeway enjoying the beach views and sounds. Three dinners at near by restaurants that we walked to along the beach -- Capt Kurts and Clayton's Siesta Grill. Three dinners in Siesta Key Village where we used the free (for tips only) gulf carts -- The Cottages, The Hub and Siesta Key Oyster Bar. And we made sure to never miss the amazing sunsets over the Gulf waters. The staff was very helpful and the owner was unbelievably helpful with all kinds of additional information and helpful hints. We will be back in the Fall.

Wonderful Beachfront View and Condominium

Wonderful beachfront views. The large lanai looked directly over the tops of the many palm trees to the brilliant white sand beach and beautiful blue green water. That view made the trip memorial and is why we will be back. The condominium was excellent. Very clean, well maintained, stylist and comfortable. The Wi-Fi system worked great, the large flat screen TVs were nice and the cable TV service was upgraded beyond just the basic Comcast HD service. The clothes washer and dryer were very useful and proved to me that I will always want a clothes washer and dryer in the future. The beachfront view from the master bathroom was also wonderful and a thrill to wake up to each morning. The owner was very helpful and sent us videos of the complex and nearby restaurant and shopping areas at both ends of the beach. He gave us access to a large pop-up canopy, sand chairs, floats and beach toys so that we could sit right at the water's edge. This was wonderful. Overall all, this is a come back to place in a great location. My only issue was having to leave.

Property beautiful, check in process was a nightmare

The property itself was beautiful. The condo was just like the pictures. Very clean. Check in process was AWFUL. We arrived after hours and received no instruction whatsoever on how to retrieve our keys. I tried to contact the property owner (didn’t answer) and received NO call back or follow up call. Which was very surprising considering all the reviews mentioned the owner was very prompt and easy to contact. I contacted VRBO and they were able to give us the code for the box that had our keys. Also, there were no instructions on how to retrieve the beach supplies, more trash bags, parental control password for the TV, etc. if we hadn’t asked the front desk (which they were very friendly and helpful), we would’ve spent money on beach chairs, umbrella, etc. I would stay here again ONLY because the condo was beautiful and the location was perfect.

Just wanted to stay!

I was a little worried that the view from the lanai wouldn’t be the same one on the VRBO site because it was so perfect. It was exactly the same beautiful view and we got to wake up to it every morning. We could hear the surf all the time. The condo was very quiet, very clean and just beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed also - great pots and pans, sharp knives, lots of good dinnerware, great appliances ( I like to cook). The people in the office are nice and helpful. We were close enough to the village that we could drive there in a few minutes but far enough away to avoid all the crazy. We even found a public pickleball court just 4 minutes north. I have never seen such soft, powdery sand. We always enjoy walking barefoot and have stayed on other islands but this sand was like walking in bread flour - such a joy!

Best girls' trip

I stayed here for a week with 4 of my friends after we graduated from our master's program and it was incredible. The condo was in pristine condition and worked perfectly for the 5 of us. We loved the porch area where we could open the windows and see/hear the ocean while we ate breakfast. Gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset each day, too. The other tenants that we met at the pool were super fun and nice also, they gave us tons of restaurant and bar recommendations which we greatly appreciated. The front office were awesome. We called Colby at least 5 times in the first two days with questions and he was so kind and patient with us. I will absolutely be coming back to stay here for my next vacation.

Excellent beach front condo

We enjoyed our stay in this extremely well equipped condo. All of the furnishings and fixtures are new and top of the line. The beds are very comfortable and the lighting is superb compared to many of the condos we have rented. Also, the owner went to great lengths to accommodate our special mobility needs by making the master bathroom and shower ADA compliant. You can’t go wrong renting this place.

Unbelievable views and Immaculate condo

The condo was well equipped and Charley and Horizons west went out of their way to make us feel at home. We accidentally left something at the condo and Charley went out of his way to ensure we received our grandsons toys back safe and sound. I cannot express my gratitude enough to everyone who took the time to make my trip . The condo was spotless and the grounds were spectacular. Wonderful place!

My family and I had a wonderful week at the Horizon West apartment. The place was immaculate and and the updates to the apartment were beautiful and it was very well decorated. The location was great and it was very quiet at night. We found that we had everything we needed as far as the kitchen being well stocked with plates and utensils. The only negative is that there is currently construction being done on the complexes on both sides of Horizon West and it is very noisy during the day. Looking forward to coming back to Horizon West next year!

Wonderful vacation because of a great location

Horizons West and Unit 204, in particular, are outstanding. Steps from the beach with the included amenities made this vacation very relaxing and fun. The views from our lanai and sleeping with the sounds of the waves crashing against the shore were extra special. The beach, sand, pool, and lack of overcrowding are all as advertised. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Siesta Key and would 100% return here.

Thank you for your feedback. Horizons West Beachfront Unit 204 will be completely remodeled starting 1 August 2017. We will completely gut the unit and build a brand new apartment in the space. We will maximize the beach view from the new open kitchen, living area, and master bedroom. Six large sliding glass windows on the lanai will be installed, will provide better views, and will be capable of opening over 20 feet wide. The bathrooms will be brand new and ultra modern. The kitchen will be opened up and be beautiful. All new furniture is on order. The work should be done by 31 December 2017. Thanks again for enjoying Unit 204.

Wonderful Vacation

We really loved our stay and had such a fantastic time. The beach was beautiful and my family enjoyed the sea turtles the most. Viewing the eggs up close of a newly discovered nest was the highlight of the trip. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful condo with us. Stunning Siesta Key Beachfront Water Views

The amazing beachfront views from our large private balcony were absolutely stunning -- more than I hoped for and exactly what I wanted. The balcony extended across the whole front of the apartment providing beach views from the living area and master bedroom. We actually were close enough to hear the waves crashing onto the beach and see occasional dolphins jumping close to show right in front of us. The apartment was fully furnished, very clean and very nice. Yes, it did have its own clothes washer and dryer, secure Wi-Fi system and upgraded HD cable television channels. The master bedroom was beautiful with full beachfront views and an unique floor to ceiling planation shutter system for privacy from the balcony. The Horizons West beachfront pool and hot tub were wonderful. We could sit by the pool and see the beachfront and water. Very relaxing and a great place to eat lunch. The other guests were very friendly and helpful. We walked the beach twice a day and were struck by how nice and un-crowded the Horizons West beach area was compared to others. We watched the beautiful sunsets over the water every evening. I highly recommend the beachfront Horizons West complex and this unit for all beach lovers.

Horizons West 204

We really enjoyed our stay at Horizons West unit 204. The unit was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The lanai are is very private as you can't see anyone else next to you. We had a great view of the beach from our room. The beach has great, soft sand. It's a wide stretch of beach so there is plenty of room for everyone. The sandbar was very wide which was great for the kids to play on. The complex is close to both the South Bridge area and Siesta Key Village. The unit had sand and water toys for the kids to take to the beach. It also provided beach chairs and a canopy which was convenient. This was our first trip to Siesta Key and we will definitely be back in the future.

We are delighted that you and your family enjoyed Horizons West 204. We have just now worked out a system to provide a 10 feet by 10 feet pop-up canopy, sand chairs, boogie boards and toys for our guest who want sit at and enjoy the water's edge.
