The house is a concrete structure with rustic finishing, it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with an open concept kitchen to the ocean, spacious living room, 12 chair dining room and BBQ area with pizza oven. Great views form everywhere! Spectacular balconies to enjoy the ocean and river views. Great decks to do yoga. A pizza wood oven to bake your own pizza or bread, large BBQ, small infinity pool with outstanding view of the ocean. Live surrounded by nature, with the singing of the birds and the sound of the ocean or the sound of our waterfall.
Magic and friendly fisherman’s town just 15 minutes walking from the house, you can get there walking or biking to get just catch seafood for dinner.
The house has in-house keepers; their duty is to keep the place clean and the pool always ready.
The last mile of access to the house is an unpaved road and in rainy season small 14"+ ring wheels are recommended. (4 wheel drive not necessary) This road keeps the privacy of the area and the house.
The closes town –Casares- has small grocery stores, two restaurants, fisherman fresh market, pharmacies, bakery, churches of various denominations and, other small shops, in rural, small town setting, there is no road crime risk in this small town where everybody knows each other. The closes large city is Diriamba, 30 minutes driving, where you can find hospitals and much larger retail stores and services. From Casares, there are buses to/from Diriamba everyday for a very reasonable cost.
Wifi is free, good for teaching or zoom meetings. Grid power. Potable water is service by the town, the house has its own reservoirs.
