The rental was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, comfortable and close to shops and restaurants. The hosts were very pleasant, helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was our second time staying at this property. We really liked walking to the shops and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is really nice and Cynthia answered any questions we had immediately. Highly recommend!

We appreciate the feedback and are glad the space was clean and provided a good night sleep. After 10 years of hosting with consistent five star reviews, this is the first mention of uncomfortable furniture or lacking amenities. The Guest House is stocked exactly as described, and we’re always available during a stay if something additional is needed, We stand by the quality of our space and the experience we provide.

Loved our stay in this little house, which was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, adorable, and smelled nice to boot. The host was lovely, and the neighborhood is super cute. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and even more within a quick drive. I highly recommend staying here.

Great visit!

This cozy bungalow was the perfect size for two. It’s located in a pretty neighborhood and is an easy walk to a nice coffee shop and great restaurants. We enjoyed meeting the hosts and look forward to our return!

The bungalow was just as we expected and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt when we couldn’t get in due to the door being locked and having no key. Would stay here again

Great guesthouse, great hosts

Cyn and Terry could teach a class on how to host a short term rental. They are so friendly and helpful. The house is lovely, spotless and in a wonderful neighborhood.

Great Location

Property and hosts are great. Walk to coffee and Joes farm grill. Agritopia ia a gem in gilbert. Unit is updated and clean.

Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our time at the property. Cynthia was very responsive to our questions. I enjoyed the beautiful green area of the neighborhood. We could take morning walks in the shade.

One week stay to visit my sons family and attend my grand daughers HS graduatonl

I was by myself and this guest house and location were perfect for me. Beautiful and peaceful. The guest house was stocked with everything I needed and much more. Bed was very comfortable. I would gladly recommend. The host was fantastic and always accessible for any questions. I felt at home.

Great little bungalow

Dream Bungalow

This bungalow was perfect for us! I loved having a kitchen with some basics items already stocked (ie oils, spices, salt/pepper etc.) plus a wide range of utensils and cooking equipment. We enjoyed the festivities on Halloween as the whole neighborhood participated. .. and a lovely neighborhood it was! The host couple were most attentive but never intrusive. We should mention the property was very secure behind an electronic gate. It was nice to be welcomed with a bottle of wine.

Everything Worked Out

We had 27 days book at the casita in the back yard. Unfortunately the stay was cut short due to a waterline break in the garage that flooded our place. The owners were out of town but the neighbors who were watching the house saved the day. They got the water shut off and offered their casita to us for the remainder of our stay. Without their kindness we would have been screwed.
