The 2 bedroom, 2 bath property is very special since it is surrounded by water with deeded access to the Gulf on the west side, and a beautiful bay on the east. There is zero drive-by traffic! A white sand beach lays directly across Hickory Blvd. and stretches to the south for five miles. The water in the large heated pool over looking the bay and the marina is always kept warm and it has a shallow and deep section for your added enjoyment! The islands immediately to the north are state park and recreational areas, and they include Lovers Key, recently rated by Costal Living magazine to have one of the ten most romantic beaches in the U.S.
