The second bedroom has 2 new twin size beds with an abundance of light coming in from the courtyard. There are two full bathrooms, the main one having a walk-in shower.

The condo has two brand new 50 inch Smart T.V.s (internet is included) located in the den and living room. For relaxing afternoons you can sit in the lanai and enjoy a beautiful lake view and wonderful wildlife. Also included are the use of two new beach cruisers.

The Bonita Fairways Community has a full-size golf course, tennis courts, bocci ball, pickle ball, a golf pro shop, and "19th hole". It also has a well-equipped fitness center and club house. There are two pools to choose from with hot tubs, the main one located next to the club house, the other a very short walking distance from the unit.

The area has some of the most beautiful beaches around with outstanding sunsets. Bonita Beach is less than 5 miles away , and renowned Barefoot Beach is approximately 6.5 mi away .

This unit has a 75 day min rental stay during the months of Jan - April. Sorry, NO pets allowed due to HOA rules for renters. Also, this is a smoke-free unit.
